  • Works 1/4 of the time .... complained but they never fix it!

    Unbelievable that AT&T would put a app out that rarely ever works. I have had this app for yrs and try to use this when I miss place my remote. They have to know it never hardly works and yet they don’t fix it. Go figure it’s AT&T. Called customer service but didn’t help.

    Constant disconnect while trying to watch with this app. It will get stuck or completely stop working. Hoping for an update to fix this issue!

    With the last update, I can no longer watch ANY channels. I travel abroad for work and this was how I was using my U-Verse account to watch programs. If it is not fixed soon, I will be cancelling my entire account.

    This app really will frustrate you to no end. I’ve had att for a long time provider of my cable and this has been consistently junk. Errors...service not available at this time.....service has timed out ...you name it just doesn’t work. I have 3 iPads including a pro and they all have trouble with this poorly written app. I try and use it because I have no choice unless I get a different cable company. Cmon people. Netflix, Hulu etc have figure out how to make a proper streaming app what the heck is your excuse!? Get it together
