    AT&T has a monopoly in our partially rural area. I can’t get a decent internet plan, the charges are confusing, and the internet cuts out constantly. I have to work from home now but I can’t and I’m losing business. The website is DIY over and over and I can’t get a technician to come out here and the one time I got a person on the line was at 330am and she was from Mississippi and helped a little but for two days now I can’t even send an email. I even put my main computerrhusc on Ethernet but it has the same problem as the others. Believe me the whole neighborhood will be looking to get another provider. I just got a message telling me I’m enrolled in auto pay but no payments are scheduled and I owe 98.27. Doesn’t AUTOPAY mean it happens automatically? At least this way I’ll just hold the payment until they send a guy out here to fix this disaster. But there’s not one option I can find for scheduling a visit.

    I’ve changed and verified my password several times after being prompted on back to back attempts. I was still sent an error message that my password didn’t work after having just changed it... 👎🏾

    Calling their LTE network “5Ge” is an obvious lie. I’ve been with them for years, but if they’re this comfortable lying to their customers I’m inclined to change that. What else are they lying about?

    The app asked me to type my password, I don’t know why, because I always use my fingerprint, anyway I did it and it said the password was wrong, at the second time I entered, then the app log out by itself and asked my the password again, I did it and said the password was wrong. Finally I reset the password and it keep asking me that the password was wrong. At the fourth time I had to close the app and log it again, It finally work after 30 mins.
