After a few songs it stops working. I usually have to shut down the app and restart it.

I love slacker, but right now, the service i get is crap. Sometimes I get kicked out and I end up having to put the a code in, this isn’t the issue. But then after I put the code in, I’m unable to skip the songs I don’t wanna hear yet i pay for that feature. I dunno if there’s gonna be a fix for that.

Why is it I can ban an artist on Roku but not on the mobile app? You guys keep mixing Limp Bizkit in with great music and it's ruining the experience. And no matter how many times I hit 🚫 you guys keep on playing them. No one should ever have to listen to Limp Bizkit. Ever.

I just found Slacker and it’s my new go to music app. Here’s my take on the others (I listen to 90’s hip hop, new pop and R&B, and lots of EDM): Pandora - repetitive Spotify - radio is not great Apple Music - radio is bad Slacker - radio is really good and plays lots of good songs I never heard. The only negative is the UI, it’s difficult to navigate and hard to know where you are in the app. Buttons can also use a redesign, a mix of sharp corners and rounded ones clash a lot. Keep up the great curative songs coming!
  • Worst Radio App Ever

Okay, it’s time. Time to judge and being honest. Before I start my paid membership today on the radio plus, I paid enough attention to other feedbacks and I realized something important which once upon a time used to be available with this radio plus has been canceled and categorized in a highest level of membership with $9.99 and I bought my membership with full acknowledgment about this in particular but for what I experienced with this app, I didn’t expect anything worse and surprisingly right now and even before a whole day membership I just canceled the automatic payment and end of the story. I really have no idea what the designers of this app are thinking about but obviously they have forgotten that people are comparing similar service apps together and this one which supposed to be no advertise and pure music is everything but what it says it is. Anyway I am more comfortable to get back to my iHeartRadio or even Tunein radio with almost the same amount of monthly payments and don’t trick myself with something that is not even close to be a two stars app in my evaluation. Sorry that I had to be honest but that’s all I had to say.

I have had slacker since they were on blackberry and after always paying for unlimited skips and offline music but now after slacker has changed around the pricing they will be loosing me as a customer they no longer offer anything that someone else doesn't have.
  • Best AI, buffering issue fixed?

For almost 1yr Slacker would take forever to buffer....slower than YouTube at 1080i, slower than Pandora by earth evolution cycles etc.. The only thing that kept me as a paying listener was their ability to build excellent stations based on artist or song preferences and in this area I think they’re still the best. I’ve tried Spotify/Pandora but they don’t serve it up as well as Slacker. 7.19.1
