    There needs to be a way to separate US sizes from Asian sizes. Too many times I have ordered something saying it is my size but it doesn’t specify US or Asian sizes, then I get it and it is tiny. Then the seller doesn’t want to accept a return because shipping is expensive to Asia. There are so many clothes on Amazon that it would make it easier to shop to separate them by country of origin. It takes a long time to look through clothes here but to also be looking through sizes that are too small and misleading.

    I enjoy having Amazon Prime with 2 day free shipping, but with that two day shipping and tracking, it sometimes says your package was shipped to wherever you had it shipped at and that date and time when it actually wasn’t there. This has happened to me twice. I bought an item last week and it said it would be delivered by Monday and it was according to the tracking order# at 5am and now it is Tuesday around 4pm roughly I checked and it was not there... Little upset with Amazon at the moment.

    Please, support iPhone XS Max and XR screen resolution. Your app looks like crap on those screens. I don’t get it, why is Amazon Go app already optimized but the main app isn’t ?? GO AND UPDATE YOUR APP!

    I like the app, but when a hyperlink directs to this app it’s on regular Amazon. I’d like a Setting to always go to Amazon Smile. If I find something on this app that I want, I have to exit the app and go to Amazon Smile and put in the product info. Thanks,

    I used to love this app. When it works, it’s wonderful. For the last 4 months though, every time I try to open it up, I only see a dog picture with “something went wrong on our end”. I have closed and reopened, I have looked for updates, I have deleted and reinstalled. Nothing seems to work, and I can’t even reach out to support through the app. If this round of uninstall and reinstall doesn’t work, I will be forced to remove this app permanently. It takes up space. On the bright side, it saves me money, since I no longer order as much since the app has decided to not work.
  • $120/year for basic user is too expensive.

    I only use amazon for the 2-day shipping option. I don’t use any other amazon services, but I pay the same amount as someone using all of Amazons services. After a call to customer service and escalations, they pretty much told me that my only option was to cancel my membership. So I did. If they could have offered me anything, I would have stayed. But failed to do so. Amazon will continue to lose customers who are paying way too much for basic shipping features.

    I've been shopping with Amazon for YEARS then one day I make a large purchase. Took them ELEVEN. LONG. DAYS. TO. SHIP. I asked for store credit & all they could tell me was that since I chose free shipping, it may take a bit longer to ship. But 11 &!#%ing days??? I live in Alaska too! Everything takes long enough as it is to ship! DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THEM. I should have spent my $140 somewhere else :/
