    This app is easy to use and helps me be honest with what I am truly eating. I did try/pay for the expanded deluxe version but didn’t see any additional benefit stay with free version.
  • WRONG calorie values listed

    I thought I was doing good. First 2 weeks I lost 6#. I was very vigilant about inputting my foods and drinks. I would even look up things before I ate/drank them. Then I gained weight. WTH! So I was more cautious and went well under calories....only to discover that your alcohol items listed have the wrong calories on them!!!!! Why?! I was seriously committed to using this. I have over 50 # to lose. If I cannot trust what is listed in your app I cannot use it.

    I’ve been trying to lose some extra pounds for a few years with exercise and trying to eat healthy but it still hasn’t making me lose what I wanted to. I started using this app back in May and have lost all the weight I’ve been trying to! I’ve lost about 10lbs total so far since May and it’s not July. Counting the calories is what I need to stay on track and to lose what I need to. 5 star and 100% recommend!! Will continue to use to stay on track.

    I’ve used so many apps. Free, premium and pricey (WW) but this one seems to fit my diet diary style best. It’s cool that the food search also lists the restaurants items as well. However, I am noticing discrepancies on calories for the same items that are worded slightly differently. And the app doesn’t have some of the exercise routines that are pretty standard to ones lifestyle. Ie body conditioning/sculpting, hot yoga. I encouraged my friend to DL this app as well to journal our diets together. What was alarming was the price differences from my phone to hers. We both have iPhones, so why are her prices for premium nearly doubled what mine offered? Felt scammy and very uncool! Anyway, I’m almost done with week 1 and 1200 calories a day has been hard for me. But I’m sticking to it in hopes of achieving my weight/health goals. Good luck to me!!!!

    I love this app! It is user friendly and very motivating😁. It has everything you need to stay on your course with weight management. Logging food and exercise each day, all in one place works for me. The challenges and social/ sharing are great for accountability and motivation. Great app if you actually work it!

    Some useful purpose in paying extra attention to my diet, exercise and weight. I do most of that regularly as I am diabetic. I find Losrit a frustrating way to interact in an arbitrary team of 4 going for a “prize” of a lunch bag.
  • Great Program but does not track Sugar Alcohol

    I’m on the Keto diet and I’m finding more and more that Lose It is really far behind on its features. After being an avid supporter and premium member for the past 3 years, I’m likely to move to Carb Manager. They actually track Sugar alcohol and it’s free!
