    This is my third intermittent fasting app and I will delete this one as well. I want more control. I am keto and do not eat sugar and yet I guess because of the ways that this app has you log your food, it says my sugar is up and since I don’t carry my phone with me when I exercise it doesn’t log and doesn’t allow me to enter manually. I just got through do 2 miles of cardio and it shows 20 steps. It does not easily allow me to vary the times I want to fast. I realize there may be some better features (obviously) in the premium version but give me something in the regular version that makes me want to get the premium. So far . . . Not impressed. On to the next.

    IF is made simple with this incredible app. If I’d have known IF could be so easy and stress free, I would have tried this method of obtaining a healthier body, mind, and soul a long time ago. Simple has made the whole process of fasting, making lifestyle changes, and seeing the weight/mental/emotional/physical effects and outcomes not only easy, but fun and enjoyable. I can’t say enough positive things about this app, honestly. In essence, I would recommend Simple to anyone who is looking to start IF. 🙌🏻
  • What about peptic ulcers risks?

    The app doesn’t seem to warn about risks of developing peptic ulcers which may occur with fasting. It therefore doesn’t provide any advice for users who may develop this.
  • Useless!

    I am so sorry I opted to subscribe to this app for one year just to save $10. It is basically useless. I know my age, weight and height and seeing that information is not going to help me lose weight. Since I don’t have a Fitbit to link this app to my basic information is all I can see. I can’t even correct my Apple ID which is listed incorrectly. What a waste of money. I’ve already cancelled my automatic renewal.

  • Best fasting app I’ve ever used

    After failing so much at dieting, I was willing to try something else. I never thought I would be fasting because I love to eat! But the app has taught me what my body is going through when I eat and when I fast, even for longer periods of time. It has motivated me to keep going and I’ve already seen pounds drop in the first week. The only suggested improvement would be to differentiate between high glycemic and low glycemic foods. Logging meals is so super easy and I like it, but if I eat something high in fat like hard cheese it shouldn’t cause my sugar to go up.

  • Simple, Nice UI, Tips are Phenomenal

    I’m really enjoying the ease of use. It really lives up to the app name. Even the more intelligent features such as “have you really been fasting for 54 hours, or have you just forgotten to track” makes jumping back in super easy. However, I’d like more from the Watch app. For example, more info in “big” complications including water progress and the ability to log water, especially given how important it is during fasting. Thanks!
