You have to pay for it if you want unlimited access to this faulty app. The old worked fine and you didn’t have to pay. Even the limited amount I can use it, it doesn’t even work.
  • Never connects

I can’t believe I paid for this app. It has only connected to my tv twice and when it does connect its so slow.
  • Can’t even use

I downloaded this app because I stupidly rolled my fire stick remote into my bedding before sending it through the wash. As you can imagine, it is no longer functioning. So, I found this and paid the lifetime subscription (as it wouldn’t connect unless I chose a monthly or lifetime subscription) only to find out afterward that you need to change some setting on the fire stick in order for this to work. Which I obvious can’t do. So I check to see if I can somehow get a refund on the app. In the app there’s a tab that says “email us”, but nothing happens when I tap on it. So I’m stuck with this useless subscription app. I’d suggest the Firestick TV app, that DOES work and is free.

It’s slow to respond. Then requires you to purchase it for continued use!
  • Fire remote garbage

This app is absolute junk. I spent $15.00 on it and it was faulty from the start. My fire stick is only a few months old and it took the app forever to connect and then it kept disconnecting every five minutes. When it was connected, it was slow and sometimes non responsive. Complete waste of time and money. 1 star os more then this app deserves.
  • Won’t connect- no tech support

I lost my remote so I bought the app. I paid $15 for it and it won’t connect! I have no idea where to get technical support so I guess I wasted my money. Looking at Roku...
