    Well when I got Disney+, it was really nice would have given it 5⭐️ Until Thanksgiving weekend. Friday lost access, contacted help center, first tech, just abruptly cancelled the chat, after asking me to restart my router. Waited til Saturday to try again, still no access, contacted help again. This time the tech didn’t hang up, after we exhausted all possible causes on my end, she “created a ticket” and told I’d be whitelisted and be up in a couple hours. Six hours later I tried again, same result, contacted customer service again. This tech did the same thing as the second one, we exhausted all causes on my end, I provided my IP address this time and was told by midnight (Saturday night) no more than 24 hours. I waited 36 hours, went through the same exact scenario as I did with tech two and three (we are up to 4 now). This tech said sorry, it will take a week from the first ticket. of these techs had four things in common: 1) they were very polite 2) it had to be something on my end 3) they created a ticket and whitelisted me 4) told me to keep trying and cross my fingers and hope for the best. Today is a week later: tech number 5 “restart your router the problem has to be on your end.” I did, that didn’t solve the problem. He pulled the “Hello Hello if you don’t respond in two minutes you will be disconnected” trick I responded he disconnected. So I tried again, the last tech number 6 was the best. She said “too many people in your area are trying to access Disney+ so just cancel your account so you won’t get charged. Isn’t that AWESOME. Basically saying we can’t help you, so cancel your service. Maybe later we can handle the load in your area, just keep trying but that way you won’t be charged.

  • Please fix black screen with audio in fire stick

    I have Disney plus and yes app works on the phone but my fire tv stick will just display a black screen with audio. Please please fix this bug !!!

  • Sound problems

    While watching a show the sound will get super low and no matter what volume setting you have on your tv or phone you are barely able to hear it and then like 2-3 minute later the sound will come back. This happens many times through out every show

    Ive been using disney plus for awhile now, usually on my ps4 and its awesome, but the subtitles dont appear at the correct times and it bothers me so much, please fix it! Please!

    I’ve done everything possible to watch something and it won’t works shows something saying error 83 won’t even let me log in!!! All my devices are up to date but nothing works.

    I know there on Netflix for now but I was wondering when are Daredevil season 3, The Punisher season 1&2, Jessica Jones season 2&3, Iron fist season 1&2, and Luke Cage season 2, and The Defenders season 1 coming out on Blu-ray? I know y’all probably won’t see or answer this but I really want to add these to my home collection. Could y’all please make an official statement about the state of these shows on Blu-ray? P.S. love the Mandalorian can’t wait for that on Blu-ray.
