FirstNet Assist provides all primary and extended primary first responders with support tools at their fingertips. This app provides access to Customer Care using multiple methods, as well as providing real-time self-diagnostics based on your device brand and model. In case your device is uplift-ready, the app allows you to request uplift from the field to any current uplift request within 50 miles radius of your current location. FirstNet Assist requires a login to the FirstNet portal.

    I agree with chrisb626 this is a funky poorly designed and executed app created by and approved by the leading company AT&T. Such a disgrace. If nothing is done to improve this shameful app I’ll have to switch back to AT&T. So AT&T what say you? What will you do?

    Customer service is never up, can’t pay my bill on it, can’t do anything on it. There is literally no point in having this app at all. It just takes up space and serves no real purpose

    Very handy and very useful app for trouble shooting. You can now add new information like, agency and relevant skills when making an Uplift Request. Authentication is now done inside the app. Easy to pay my bill too.

    Just goes to show you that ATT doesn’t care about customer service to it’s first responders because this app is useless you can’t pay your bill or do anything. I canceled my service went back to Verizon

    Worst service and app I’ve ever dealt with. No one can answer questions. No one knows anything. Can’t pay my bill online or in the app. Can’t even have a live chat with someone. Every time I go on the app which sends you to the website no tech or representative is available. I’d rather pay the higher bill and deal with someone that know what’s going on. Hell I’d be happy if someone would just be there. So disgusted with FirstNet company.

    The app just takes you to a webpage, and I can never “manage my bill.” I can’t ever pay online, I can’t even view a bill, I don’t even get a bill in the mail. FirstNet is truly frustrating, so I’m not surprised the app is the same.
