  • Good game, but repetitive

Once you get to a certain level you start replaying the same pictures over and over again but with just slightly different “obstacles”. I would really love to see new pictures and levels.

I’m on level 450 thinking that the game would throw some new challenge at me. It doesn’t. Play the first 50 levels and then delete, there is nothing new after that. You get the same three projectiles, the same 10 or so rotated neon lights, and occasionally they will throw in a x2 just for fun.

When I was asked to subscribe for $3.99/wk, I deleted it. Too bad, interesting, but not that interesting.

This game has so much potential! Don’t get me wrong it’s fun but I can’t shake the feeling it’s missing something. It’s a awesome way to kill time and ignore the world but as a perfectionist and fellow gamer I can’t IGNORE what it could of been. They’re just a too many missing features that would of made this game exceptional. One problem is the level. They are just way too easy and somewhat repetitive. I’m on level 500 and I can count on one hand how many times I’ve lost. Finishing levels have become redundant and somewhat boring. A quick fix would be to add more intensity and difficulty to the levels . The developers should make the lights more fun and diverse. I love how some levels have the multiplication features for your weapons. That worked and it was very engagin,we need more of that! Another improvement would be forcing you to rely on all your weapons instead of the heavy use on particular weapons. Namely the ninja star. If you aim this bad boy in certain positions you can knock out anywhere from 55 to 90 percent of the lights in a single move.On certain levels I didn’t even need the the other weapons. A diverse selection of new weapons would be fun but the possibly to upgrade them would be even more spectacular ! Developers should make more use of the jewels because thats were the money is and the way you can use them are endless. They come by rather easily which is a A+ . But as for functionality they’re pretty much useless unless you want an early edge in the beginning on levels or a last chance when you lose. A good idea would be to use the jewels to buy weapons and upgrade them. Over all it’s a fun game. Its free so why not get it as for the premium features I didn’t subscribe so i wouldn’t know.
  • Decent game, ridiculous pricing

The game isn’t original, even for the iOS platform. The images are fantastic and the neon lights add a very nice touch. I can’t understand how they decided on their pricing though. I would’ve paid $1 or $2 to buy the game outright, but I can’t imagine paying a weekly fee to remove ads for a simple game; that’s insane! They want you to pay for gems which just gives you extra ammunition. The thing is, I’ve had almost no trouble beating each round on the first try. In addition, you can reattempt each round unlimited times, so I don’t see what the incentive is to use the gems. All in all it’s a decent, mindless time waster. It works for me that it’s free but it’s weird they wouldn’t have settled for a more traditional pricing model.

The art on this game is amazing! It’s super relaxing and it’s addictive without you even knowing it! I didn’t even realize it but I’m on level 63 and I thought I was in the 20’s!

I blazed through 200 levels with ease. Not very challenging and no need to purchase anything which is nice. Lots of ads to deal with but that’s a part of life these days so I won’t knock it for that. The game itself looks beautiful but it lacks originality and creativity. Needs to add new mechanics as you progress and introduce a point system. I’m going back to Amazing Breaker.
  • Fun until level 50

The game is fun, but there are only a handful of arrangements of the lights. Sure, sometimes they change SLIGHTLY, but the general image stays the same. Also, no new elements or weapons are added even after level 100. It’s an ok game at best.
