  • No casting!

    Not only is this app hard to navigate but you can’t cast it to a roku. Really! It’ll go to appletv, amazon fire stick, google cast, but no roku. Why no roku?
  • It's not working correctly in my apple tv

    Something wrong with the app when in watching it. when I open the app for the first minute it's working well but after that minute something's happened with the image, goes slow and isn't sync with the sound. I tried everything with my apple tv and my tv, nothings change. Maybe the app needs me to optimized to the ios13. Maybe could work.

    Never logs in. It always says “oops. Something went wrong” blah blah blah. I jabe changed passwords and everything to try to make it work.

    I like this app but want att to please allow more access. At least so that each of the devices that are paid for to be on a wireless plan can play WatchTV app shows at the same time. Not limit it to just one device at a time. Please consider changing this soon.... please........

    I can’t imagine anyone paying for this service. I installed because I get it for free with my mobile plan. If at&t wants to be serious about cross selling services, they’re going to need to deploy some resources to their apps. Live shows do mostly stream. Over 90% of the “on demand” content simply won’t play. This includes titles featured on at&t’s Watch Now tab. Also, it took three calls over two days to tech support to get this app to function. Easily one of the worst customer experiences to watch (sort of) video on your phone.

    I concur with all the other bad reviews of this app. Total garbage. Also, when watching on my tv both at home and at work, the commercials get dragged out even longer because it starts lagging bad. A 30 second add turns into at least a 45 second one. Doesn’t lag at all during the shows, just the commercials. I hate it.

    Ok I was having issues. I upgraded my wireless plan and I’ve been watching this app on my phone. I use my Apple mirror cord and plug it into my tv and we have tv! It has been working fine for months. I’ve had a few issues but none worth complaining about. The other day the app just would NOT work. The channels weren’t working. So I tried to trouble shoot and logged out. I looked at my email really good before I logged out bc I have several emails and several passcodes for so many things. Even at&t alone I have atleast THREE log ins 🤦🏽‍♀️I decided to do the live chat tonight and ask why? Why isn’t it working and why can’t I log back in. I tried via the browser like someone left in the reviews before me but that was worse! I had to sign up all over again and pay. I decided to ask for help when I saw they had live chat... I know watch tv is apart of my wireless plan already so why pay again? the whole time it was ME. My user id is not necessarily an email. I was looking for that email like I don’t have an email like that . My user name is similar to an email acct that I do have but that wasn’t it. Bottom line ASK FOR HELP. If they have live chat just ask bc I was sick without my ID channel. Watching Pluto and Tubi😒I don’t wanna see any of that mess. I need contact with the outside LIVE TELEVISION world. Sorry for the long review but I thought I’d share my experience. As always, I love At&t and wouldn’t have any of my Apple products through another company 🤷🏽‍♀️
