I’ve learned multiple styles of dance throughout the years and have been dedicated to breaking for 21 years. Always wanted to focus on different styles, especially popping, locking, and choreo, and STEEZY is coming through. It’s been extremely helpful in bringing me insight on different styles, steps, and rhythms that i can incorporate into my breaking and freestyling. Some of the routines are dope workouts. Tons of content. The mentors have good vibes. Definitely beginner friendly, and of great benefit to those who may love dancing, but have never trained in any discipline. Respect to the STEEZY team.

I used this app and it showed me how to do the dances even when I wasn’t sure how to do them. I recommend this to all dancers who are kind of unsure about dancing

So I have to say that I love the videos that are available, and I’ve really enjoyed using them. However, there are a few issues that are plaguing this app. For one, ease of use. After tapping around for a while you’ll definitely figure out how to get to classes, after you figure out that you can’t actually start any programs because they quit out of the program if you push start. And the place, ent if different buttons isn’t intuitive or in line with any other majour program out there currently. Looking to the corners to go back will only lead to confusion as you look for the x that is halfway down the page. But once you figure out how to not have it instantly quit on you and have time to just let it auto play the next class, the videos are lovely. The other majour issue I have is with the daily scheduling. When I started I wasn’t asked for what kind of things I liked or what level I was. Instead I was automatically scheduled for classes such as ‘how to move on beat’ and the like. As someone who has dance for many years and was looking for new styles and something while classes aren’t available, those weren’t for me. However I did go through with them, thinking that afterwards I’d get a better schedule. Not so, as the next time I used the app, the second thing after my warm up was how to move on beat again. Followed by another basic intro video, and then finally one class in an actual style. While I’m able to go through and figure out how to add things manually, it’s frustrating, and totally defeats the purpose of choosing an app that’s supposed to come up with a daily schedule. And one minor thing - classes have a warm up, which is great. They do not have cool downs after the classes, which are just as helpful and I would love to have implemented. So if you’re willing to micromanage everything about the app and the layout, the videos are great. But I really hope there are some majour improvements to the use friendliness of the program.

Similar to what another person wrote, after I cancelled this account, Steezy continues to charge me and customer service will not respond after multiple attempts and months. Not a trustworthy business.
