  • Useless app

    By TomasN
I have the NordicTrack S22i and unfortunately this bike does not have a Bluetooth. I said it’s ok, no big deal because it’s connected to WiFi so it still sync the workouts. On the bike I am able to choose the bike workouts which is awesome. I would be happy if in the app I can choose workouts by category for an easier search and selection. In the app I see ALL the content without being able to categorize. I would love to see an option where I can choose what can I see. In that case it will be much easier to look for my workout in bike category only and add them to my calendar for an easy start when I get on the bike.
  • Unhappy

I paid 400$ for a machine that will use my electricity, I don’t understand why I have to pay 15$ monthly to be able to use it.... that’s something stupid, I will return the machine cause it doesn’t make sense... and the quality is not very good, to be honest is very bad!
  • Badly designed, buggy mess

    By Ac1637488262
Bottom line: if you’re used to well-designed workout and fitness apps that integrate with each other, iFIT Cardio is going to frustrate and disappoint you, especially compared to apps such as RunKeeeper, Strava, Pelaton, MFP, etc. It’s slowly getting better, but avoid for now. 1. The app is just designed badly. For example, “popular workouts” are shown when you open the app. So you choose one, but it will be maybe “workout 6” from a series of 20, with no way of finding the others!!! You know the trainer name, the workout series name, but astonishingly there’s no search option in the workout library. You have to scroll and scroll through dozens of weirdly overlapping categories like “international” (full of duplicate indoor workout sessions), “running” (full of random running sessions from different courses), or “Adriatic” (courses that happen to be in the same area). For an app whose main purpose is serving up workout sessions from a library, the utter failure of the workout library functionality is breathtaking. 2. Second, the app is just *buggy*. For example, sometimes I pause a workout, then restart the workout a few minutes later. The stats all continue from where I left off, but the video restarts from the beginning, and the music track names will be wrong from that point forwards. Another example: The app and treadmill fail to connect to my Polar H10 chest strap when I start a run. I press the Bluetooth button. The app literally freezes with a box saying it is trying to connect to the monitor, then crashes out of the workout session. And about half the times when I finish a session, the screen goes blank, and a box pops up saying, “Something was wrong with your workout and it will not be saved.” With an “OK” button. Seriously. 3. Thirdly, amazingly, IFit thinks they own -your- workout data. Want to sync your smart treadmill workouts with MyFitnessPal, Apple, Google Fit, or Strava? Think again. iFIT doesn’t integrate with ANY apps or platforms. Your workout data is locked in their app. Note that iFit is utterly useless at showing your fitness over time, at tracking which series you’ve finished, at helping you plan your fitness program, or for tracking useful stats about your performance. This app is extremely weak considering the high price. You could literally buy two normal apps every month for the price of this half-baked mess. ———— Updated 10/2: App routinely losing place in video after a pause. Then if I stop the workout, it fails to save the workout, showing a message “Can’t save workouts of less than 1 minute”, even after 20 minutes of exercise. Updated 10/23: After running for 12 minutes, the app again fails to save the workout, showing a message “Can’t save workouts of less than 1 minute”.
  • Ifit

If you have to give something else up to afford Ifit it is worth it. Much more enjoyable to row “with” someone than slogging through 20 minutes and calling it quits.
  • Membership

If I knew this equipment didn’t have an app without membership, will not had buy it. THIS IS BULL....
  • Could be 5 stars but hard to search

    By Wicked Stella
The workouts are amazing. I love love the videos series; they are motivating and challenging. But it’s such a bummer how difficult it is to search or filter the workouts. Instead of browsing, I’d love to filter by intensity, trainer, location, type of activity...it’s a shame that isn’t easier to do in the app. It won’t stop me from using it, but it’s a deep frustration.
  • No Wi-Fi connection BT not supported

    By Cr3ate
They use Wi-Fi to update their software but won’t allow the app to connect to the device via WIFi, just Bluetooth. It should be a relatively simple fix to do this! Till then it is pretty much worthless.
  • Great workouts, if you can find them

    By Scottsdale jr.
Love the workouts and trainers. I use them on the NordicTrack incline trainer. Unfortunately, searching for the workout you want takes forever! Would love to have more search options, such as running/biking distance, workout time, specific trainer, etc. Peloton’s app is worlds ahead of this one in terms of finding the workout you want. Also would be nice to fast forward through a workout. If you have to stop on the middle of a workout for more than a few minutes, there is no way to pick up from where you left off, you have to start from the beginning. This program has a lot of potential, but is very disappointing, especially given the price of the equipment that uses it.
  • Froze screen! DO NOT USE

    By Sshhaarrii
Downloaded this app on iPhone. Attempted to connect my Proform endurance 520E, screen locked up then went black on machine. Customer service says hate to tell me but have seen this a few times! Nothing they can do ! Replacement console 160.00, unfortunately when updating sometimes this happens!
  • Search and completed feature please

    By Lil-kray
The app and workouts are fantastic. But a search feature to specifically search for running, intervals, hikes will be welcome. Also, a way to add to favorites the series. In my case I always have to go look up the next workout in the swiss alps series. Which brings me to next recommendation. A completed icon to show which workouts have been completed. The trainers are awesome. The app is awesome. I was skeptical at first but after one week I truly got involved into hiking, running and studio workouts.
