  • Key Wonderlist Feature Missing

    By MaElSh
One of the best features missing is the ability to sort the My Day and Important List by List Name. That way all my Home tasks are in a group, all my Work items in a group, etc...every couple months, i search for alternative To Do lists, just to find something with this feature and the star feature...I will keep looking till I find it. Its been years...still waiting this feature.
  • Simple and easy

    By Bora S. Kim
The last thing I want to do is create another task to fill out my to-do list. This app has been absolute delight to use. It's very simple and easy to use. I don't know how else I would describe it because that is all I care and expect from it. Very happy with the quality of usage of this app. Thanks Microsoft!
  • Can't Add a Task on Mac OS Mojave!

    By Dan2018-&!
Still can't Add a Task on Mac OS Mojave!  Running To DO Version 2.23 (200716.1536) on Mac OS 10.14.6 This has been going on since the app's release. Please fix this bug! Thanks!
  • Due dates cannot be removed

    By YogiMcBogi
I reuse many of my 'Tasks' items repeatedly because they contain shopping lists or checklists that I use frequently. Unfortunately, if you ever set a due date for a 'Task,' you'll never be abe to permanenetly remove it. it will show up as "past due" every single day forever. It's extremely annoying to remove the due dates every day and have them pop back up the next day. I've been removing due dates every day for the past 3 months, since I first started with To Do back on May 15th! If I don't keep removing them, they show up in red as Past Due, which is not correct and doesn't feel good. Yes, you can set a new fake due date for say, a year from now and not have to remove it for a year, but fake due dates are not a good way to run your life. Many ongoing Tasks simply don't have due dates.
  • Loses Data between Shared Users

    By Dhjousetb
My team used Wunderlist for years and shared data was rock solid. Despite frequent reports to Microsoft Support, we continue to encounter severe and persistent data loss problems. A response from Support takes weeks and the problems has never improved. After investing substantial time and effort, it is apparent this app is simply not viable. We are now searching for a replacement.
  • Version 2.23 lost all tasks upon sort

    By TheRatingHawk
Please fix the release. Otherwise, it is a nice light task app. I would value - exposing the start-date field - reducing the long sync time between the iphone app and the mac app when both are open
  • My favorite tasks app

    By Jhidekim
I use multiple task apps over the years (we still use asana at work) and I prefer this one over the others. Simple and easy to understand u/i and works well.

  • Wunderlist Worked Better

    By hill-family upset
We used Wunderlist to share multiple tasks and lists within our large family. It was easy to share any entire folder full of different lists. To Do only allows us to share individual lists with other Microsoft users - too difficult to use now so will go find an alternative solution, even if I need to pay for the app.
  • Not Useful Extension of Outlook

    By MJMeaux
Downloaded this application on Mac hoping to supplement functionality missing from new Outook, which as of this writing will only launch the web version of ToDo, even if the application is installed. Functionally, there are limitations that in my mind are pretty severe for anyone hoping to use as part of organizational tool. First, ToDo only allows login to 1 account. Secont, pretty useless without ability to create tasks from emails or OneNote (this is woefully absent in Mac anyway). Third, the overall functions of a ToDo record is less capable than Reminders in Mac and/or iOS, which does allow multiple accounts. Easier to switch back to basic Outlook.
