Would you like to buy a book twice? Then you were in the right place. I don’t even understand how this app gets three stars!!! So to do most of the things you will need to do. You will have to login on the browser anyway so this app is redundant AF! When you buy something you were only buying access to files they will help you nowhere else but in this app! Just go by the rating I gave it! Tired of working for these companies for free!
  • character sheets.

The app is great for access for information on the races, classes, items, monsters, etc. But I really wish you could access your character sheets on there. I don’t understand why you can’t but, it would be nice.
  • Needs a couple of reader quality of life features

    By TableTheDecisive
Great for searching and cataloged information, but if you’re reading longer passages to the top of the section if the app closes. Also missing a side scroll or clarity of where you are in a long section (think reading pages long content like backgrounds) even just while scrolling.
  • You can’t use it to make characters

    By Acheron187
You can’t make characters on the official D&D app, it is basically useless to anyone who is just a player.
  • Bad

    By voldiirus
The app is nothing more than a bad ereaded. When you home out from the app it even loses your place and seeing as there is no way to select specific chapters, it’s a pain to get back where you were. What a waste of time. Just use their website.
  • Good concept, but wrong naming

    By PadawanPenguin
DND beyond is an app where you can get all sourcebooks, but it makes the browser look superior to the app. Not only do you get home brew content, like the Critical Role gunslinger or Rick and Morty rule set, it has a character builder, which I wanted to see in the app. It’s a good mobile app for a campaign you forgot to bring your source books to, but the Dnd beyond on a browser is a hole lot better than the app.
  • Stopped working

Unable to download content and will crash on already downloaded content, what happened was great before. Hurry and fix before somebody gets your subs.
  • Character sheets, ever?

    By Spid3er
I honestly have a hard time understanding why one can not access their D&DBeyond web based character content. Is there a timeline for updating the App?
  • Pretty good

    By FizzFizzy
It’s all in all good except you should make it so that you can create a character sheet
  • Decent program.

What is stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that there is no in app character sheet builder. All so (but less serious) it would be nice if you could scan your hard cover books and get a discount on the D&D Beyond title.
