    When it works, IF it works, it is somewhat helpful. But much of the time it doesn’t work and it’s no use if you’re having trouble with the network.
  • Not identifying device; blocking internet

    App is unable to verify devices and therefore I am unable to enable device to connect to internet! No help from site, no help from app, no troubleshooting is working. Already rebooted gateway and now app is “experiencing issues” I can’t work and kids cannot finish homework.

  • They need notifications about data caps

    They need a way to setup notifications for when you’ve used 50%, 75%, 95% and 100% of your data so you don’t go over. This is what 90% of people want to know and it seems likes it’s intentionally being left out.

    The devices that are shown are usually named wrong. For example, a MacBook shows up as an Amazon Firestick. I have to go through and block each device to identify what they are and rename them. Also it takes at least 4-5 tries to successful block a device because there is an “error” most times. This needs a serious improvement

    We are new customers and are still learning how everything works. Within the app we are being told that one of the iPhones has a weak connection. Although it does not identify which phone it is and how to fix the problem. We are trying to ensure everything is working properly and that we are getting the best service! Thanks
  • Took away max usage limits, 24 hour ability needed

    We have been using this app to help enforce boundaries for our adult child who has moved back home. I was disappointed to learn that this app had recently removed the ability to set maximum time usage per day. One other thing I would suggest is to move to a 24 hour clock when setting allowable times for WiFi access.
