    While I love tone it up, with the technology we are capable of these days we should be able to : 1. See our most recent work outs ( mine stopped tracking since dec 28 so it’s totally useless and I can’t even tell what I should be doing) 2. There’s no way to schedule ur week of classes in advance 3. You don’t have enough “programs” you have a postpartum but no pregnancy program. I have to choose from the videos daily and I can’t even track where I am.

    At first I didn’t care for the new update but now I am enjoying it especially with the programs. My only issue is I got sick towards the end of the love yourself program. so I stopped doing it. Once I got better I wanted to restart it from the beginning. When I went to rejoin I noticed a couple different programs were missing including that one. It was a fairly new program. Why was it removed? Or is it just a glitch?
  • Completed Workouts Not Marked As Completed

    If you start a program too early, even just to bookmark it for later as your week winds down, it will assume you’re moving through that program. Then when you actually start the workouts, it will no longer mark them as complete as you do them because you’re out of sync with the cycle. This means keeping track of the workouts in your head or in a planner, or going back to your profile and activity log to see what you’ve done...rather than having your progress appropriately tracked in the workout program. You also don’t get the gratification of seeing a workout marked as complete when you’re done. And at the top of the page, it only says you’ve completed a fraction of the workouts. It’s a frustrating to see the app not tracking your success. Also, since I’m already out of sync, the next four weeks will be like this. I don’t want to restart the program and mess it up further. Customer Service tried to help but they just said that “you’re in week two” and I had no idea what that meant until I went back and read a response to a similar review here from November. I love TIU but really want them to fix this!

    I love TIU and I was so ready to do their programs but the app is so glitchy and absolutely does not work with my iPad.

    I can’t say enough good things about the TIU program and workouts. I’ve been following them since they first started and love the positive energy and variety of workouts. My only complaint is that I wish the app worked on my IPad. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app, however it’s not compatible when I open the app as half of the screen is cut off, making it impossible to log in. I will continue to use the app on my phone but the other option would be nice as it would give a bigger display. Again, I love TIU—keep up the great work girls!

    I have loved k&k since their early YouTube only days! I was a little disappointed when the app first came out and continue to be in terms of watching the videos on my tv. It doesn’t matter what I use (Roku, Apple TV etc) the video is ALWAYS delayed and half the time goes black. So I end up doing it from my phone which honestly is annoying. Yes, I have the newest version of the app and this has been happening since the very beginning. They need some way of having on their website so that you can do it on a computer at least...it also kills my phone battery When they changed the app they also took away weekly workouts - I get programs exist but it’s not the same at all to me. I liked that they had daily moves and daily workouts. The programs classes are too short...a 17 minute workout is ridiculously short so I find myself then searching for more which is annoying. Finally, I think the workouts have gotten easier. I’m glad they’re all friends but I find myself doing extra moves while they’re busy chatting...that 17 minute workout is really only 10 with all the breaks and I want to be pushed harder like in the earlier workouts. Realistically, can you get a great workout and feel accomplished in under 30 mins? If I’m taking the time to workout I don’t want it to feel like I got half a workout in and I also don’t want to spend 20 minutes before my workout figuring out what class to do.

    I love toneitup and for the most part the app is great. My biggest issue is that when I complete a workout in a program, the app doesn’t always mark it as complete. I can see that I have completed it in my activity list. I am currently signed up and started the toned body, toned mind program. For this program, you’re supposed to do a yoga session and then a meditation session each day. This morning, I completed the yoga workout, and the app marked it complete. I then did the meditation, and the app did not mark it as complete. This is frustrating. I like to see what I’ve completed within the program. I can see it in the activity list. I ended up replaying the meditation a few times just to see if the app would then mark it as complete, that didn’t work. Having said all that, I do love this community and the programs/workouts. I cannot say enough good about Katrina and Karena and the community that they have built. Love you both! 2/11/20 Update: Thank you so much for your prompt reply and explanation of what is going on with the program in the app. I am loving the Toned Body, Toned Mind program. ❤️

    I love TIU, love the girls love the program and the workouts are killer. You’re never bored and they have so many varieties of workouts and recipes to choose from. Plus all the people in this TIU community are awesome I’m always finding new recipes and tips from them on Instagram. I did not give the app 5 stars bc I have some complaints about the new updated app. I like the overall look but 1. I don’t like how they took away the live workouts, I work 2 jobs and I’m not a personal trainer so I don’t know what kinds of workouts I should be doing in 1 week. I liked how the class schedule gave you variety of class each day where as now I have to sit there and scroll through a million workouts to GUESS which one I should do. Plus being able to sign up for classes kept you accountable, there’s just more steps into choosing a class and it makes you want to not do it. I wish they had that or the daily workout schedule online/on app so I can see what I should be doing each week to work my whole body. 2. I also don’t like how you can’t add in if you did a workout outside of the app. I’m a pure barre teacher so I take a lot of classes and I used to keep track of my TIU and barre workouts within the app which I can’t do anymore. Please bring the live workouts back or bring the daily workout schedule back to make it easier on us busy people!

    This is my second review and I found you are not displaying everything people write because I wrote a review a week ago and it was not shown. Poor taste on your half for skimming what you like displayed for others to read. This app is horrible. No weekly schedule, I hate having to re login so much and I don’t even need a response. You guys copy and paste the same generic replies... seems tone it up is trying to find the laziest and easiest way to just throw content out. Is making a daily schedule so hard? What if we did the workout programs already?! I don’t want to repeat the same 4 programs 50x. Offer the weekly schedule. So many people are asking for it it’s not that hard to deliver. For now I contact Apple and I got a refund thank god but until you add features that make the App worth your price increase I won’t be back.

    I’ve been a follower since Kat and Karina started and I have to say I’m disappointed now. They’ve made it where you can’t access any workouts without paying - aside from the daily moves. Also in the TIU app there were check markers you could get marked off by completing your daily workouts - which was extremely satisfying & motivating seeing your completed workouts for the week! And now they took that feature out of the app 😒
