  • Fantastic Experience

I’m an absolutely beginner to music theory, and I’m just giddy with this app. Incredibly fun. It takes a bit to figure everything out, but once I got the hang of it, man. Really great. Thanks for this guys.

So honestly I haven’t even really used it that much but I do indeed know exactly what this system accomplishes and that it does it well. Really a great tool! In a nutshell this app will show you exactly how your chords should change and how it interacts with “beadgcf” or (the circle of fifths) rendering the way we think about music into a new form of algebra (if you get me), appropriately without having to think too hard and that’s really cool. The scales bank and chord shapes puts my thick chart book in my pocket. Thank you for this app.
  • Great application

Last time I reviewed it I claimed there were lots of crashes, especially when trying to use the interactive piano and I guess it was just my device because after a while it stopped crashing.
  • Amazing app

Wow! I almost never take the time to write a review but this app is amazing. For someone that loves to write songs but whose piano skills are limited, this is just a dream come true. Thank you!!!
  • Add a Function

The app is awesome, I bought the scales as well but I’d like for the scales to keep playing even after I turn off the screen. A moveable Do feature would also be awesome!
  • Great app- but...

Love the app. Would like support for landscape mode so fretboard is larger. Also, zoom in on a particular patter for a scale shape would be great.
  • Great app!

Would be nice to be able to increase the size of the scale chart, but all in all very well done!
  • A lot of fun

Once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty fun way to quickly come up with ideas.
  • Just wow.

This app is beyond astonishing and the ease of use for a beginner to a virtuoso is just incredible. I was skeptical going into the purchase due to the lack of attention to detail and disarray of previous apps but this is the PLATINUM standard in the what should be used for learning theory on a whim and combined with creativity is debate fully an absolute NEED in your arsenal when playing guitar/ writing or learning music in general. I can say with confidence that this is the pinnacle of an interactive and informative experience that can further your abilities as a musician with the proper work ethic. GET IT, you can’t regret it!
  • So far it’s solid

    By sage.fam
So far this app is pretty solid, I’m getting more aware of music theory as a language and to be able to see what might or could be next and being able to interact with it makes expressing myself and progressing my skills an easier process. One thing i would have liked to see or “hear” is realistic instrument sounds, Clicking the chord i chose and playing it on keys or guitar doesn’t match up well. So saying that, anyone who isn’t able to refer the apps musical to a real life instrument could detour them away from what could have actually been a very nice project. Just my two cents, thanks to the team that’s behind this app,
