  • App stinks

    The new updates totally ruined the app and cameras. They are all but useless at this time. Sound is turned all the way but still can barely hear it. Doesn’t work on Bluetooth, aux or usb hookup. I also can’t screen record

    What good are the cameras if you can not view the activity? Because when you turn the app on and go to activity, it either boots you off all together, freezes up on you, or will turn the activity you want to see on and sit there and look like it is loading for 5 minutes with a blank screen....... these things have turned out to be the biggest pieces of crap and waste of money I have spent!!!!!
  • Unable to view using cellular data

    You guys need to fix this error here, when I need to see video feed I can only see it using WiFi. It won’t let me see anything using my LTE network when before it did let me.

    What did you do with the recent update? It is terrible! I have to keep the volume ALL of the way up and I can still barely hear. Also why doesn’t this register as streaming video any longer?! Now it’s useless as a monitor for kids. Please revert to the previous version.

  • Hacked?

    Almost certain my cam was hacked as someone was in the yard and the cam didn’t catch any of it, the cam didn’t even record (or if it did, it was deleted) what I selected to record on my own and the app said the cam was recording when I selected record. Now there is no evidence of some random person being there. There appears to be 30ish minutes of recordings missing in the gap and what is there has the wrong time stamps up until the person is gone, leaving them out of recordings. This product belongs in the discounted children’s toy section. I have no idea how many times I’ve checked the app to see if it caught something specific only to find out it only recorded nothing happening instead. -Bad video quality: Maybe a 3-5 out of 10. -Auto record feature that appears to be random, even when there is nothing happening. -App freezes and needs to be restarted frequently.
  • Crashes More Then It Works

    When I first got the system it worked ok. I have 7 cameras in my house and the garage door opener. My issues are two fold. I pay for the upgraded plan at allows 10 cameras but 5 of my 7 store or record video, waste of $19 a month. My other issue is the app crashes when I try to open my garage more then it operates after it crashes 2 or 3 times it then works. There seems to be no update to fix this issue. Don’t waste your money, buy a different system

    I will warn against buying these cameras... they say offline when they aren’t and you can’t even save stuff to SD cards after a few months of buying the cameras. Also, they do not have an update I con & they don’t update software. Your stuck with whatever software that was on the camera at time of purchase. I just read a review someone wrote & after a few months, his didn’t work either. I’ve probably got $300.00 plus, into these cameras & screwed. I keep contacting customer service & I get a ticket number, but don’t hear back from anyone. When I first got the cameras, customer service was good getting back to me. Then I just found out Walmart in my area aren’t carrying them now... I don’t usually write reviews, but, I don’t want anyone getting screw out of money & time... especially during a pandemic... I need those cameras more then ever & they aren’t working... I can tell you that they are not worth the trouble. Make sure the cameras you buy can update the software... Save your money... Cori Momentum’s are a Nightmare! I wish I could say that momentum would replace the 4 cori’s I purchased (not to mention SD cards sold separately at $13.00 plus a card x’s two per camera trying to get them to work again... I don’t expect refund for the SD cards because they are sold separately)that they would refund me or send me upgraded replacements (Cameras) that are software update able, but I don’t see that happening... I agree with the other comments, These cameras are rip off’s and your stuck with cost & no camera feed at the end. Including not even by being able to use (download) to the SD cards to obtain & keep video... Save yourself the frustrations... learn from my mistake. Read the other reviews to find out more problems with them... one said they push you into a monthly plan... take your videos & store it in their cloud & when you don’t get a monthly plan the cameras won’t work... that’s probably what’s going on with mine now... but they SAY you don’t need a monthly plan... I’m not getting a monthly plan for cameras that come without the ability to update... that’s crazy... Maybe that’s how They’r ripping off people... idk just beware
