    I am so hurt this app does not work anymore. I am paying 3.99 for call protect and this app comes free. Call protect work but not this app. I called att tech support. I cancelled my old subscription as they advised but my account is still recognizing that subscription. I loved this app it told me my old number had been compromised.😩😩.
  • Poor integration of Plus features and Support

    I have tried multiple times to unlock the plus features that are bundled with the plus features of Call Protect without success. I have opened support tickets without resolution or follow up from tech support.

    5/1/2020 I have contacted AT&T, the developer. I have done everything asked of me. Still paying for an app that doesn’t work. I am following up to the request below as well as request number 1579265 & 1578531 Dated 3/25 & 3/20 as well as multiple online chats. Apr 20, 8:21 PM PDT I have been trying to get help since I changed my number. I keep getting put from person to person. So this is another avenue I am going to try. I have the mobile security and call protect apps. I pay for the plus plan, but the plus portion hasn’t worked since I changed my number. I have deleted, reinstalled Deleted, did a network reset, reinstalled I have unsubscribed Resubscribed Deleted, did a hard reset, reinstalled Deleted, shut the phone down, reinstalled I have multiple screenshots of all the different error codes. It tells me to unlock, when I unlock it says error or wait.... When I check settings in the app, it says I have the plus When I check my subscriptions, it states it is active I’ve checked all settings on both apps. From what I can tell it’s only the mobile security app that isn’t working. I think. Attached are some of the errors I have received.

    I can’t get this program to work and there is no help. Meanwhile I’ve been attack by malware and ATt keeps charging me for NOTHING. THANKS GUYS for letting malware in. You live up to your poor reputation. Don’t download this app unless you want to waste your money and get infected.
