    To start of I love Jillian Michaels. I had purchased her 30 day shred workout video so I was excited when I found out you get access to all her workout videos in the app. Not only that, it tracks what workout day you’re on and plans your workout and rest days for you which is helpful. There are also specific target area workouts created with whichever equipment you have on hand (you enter info when you get the app. My favorite feature is the workout generator. You select time frame, target zone (abs, arms, etc.) and level. You can also upload progress pics and update your weight. I know it also connects to fitness watches I lost mine so I haven’t tried this feature. Music can also sync to workouts. The meal plan is pretty cool too. Though since were in the quarantine atm I can’t go buy groceries too often so I’m not following it to a tee but it’s pretty neat. I always wanted someone just to tell me what to eat and what workouts to do. This is it! I’ve stuck to working out for the past 4 months! I got the $14.99 a month subscription because I wanted to try it out first. It’s worth it. It’s cheaper than a gym membership and it provides much more. I love this app! It’s helped me stick to it, improved my health and confidence. I’m seeing results and it feels great!!!

    I love this app! I love how I can do it at work or stream to my tv!! I’ve had it for awhile and use here and there.. but now more then ever I need it! I just used killer buns and thighs! Holy cow! That’s the best part for me is that I have the dvds and her new work outs too. I’ve used some recipes and so far so good.. I’m really bad about logging in here. It’s easy to use too! I’d give 10 stars!! I just love Jillian too! Thank you for an awesome app!!

    I was reluctant to pay for a program that you can get free on YouTube... but after months of trying to find such a thing, I came BACK to Jillian. BEST decision I ever made... I am dropping weight by sticking to the WHOLE PROGRAM. I am a vegan and her meal plan is SPOT ON! It’s been 3 months, and I will continue to make Jillian my personal trainer and food coach. BTW I have dropped 10 lbs in these 3 months! BUT for me its not about numbers, it is about consistency (routine) and feeling good doing it. NO DEPRIVATION!!! Workouts are good... even the beginner ones are easy BUT tough. THIS IS NOT A CRAZY QUICK FIX... it is about commitment. Thank you Jillian.

    I absolutely love the workouts it has helped me get in shape and continue to stay in shape. The food ideas are very yummy and have tired half dozen of them. Would recommend to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey or continue on their journey

    I’ll be turning 60 in a few months and have worked out my entire life. I feel stronger at 59 than I ever have, and this workout has taken me to a fitness level I had not been in years. I’ve never promoted a program before, and feel this one deserves a 5 star mention. It is honestly the most effective, in the least amount of time, workout I have ever completed before. I love that it can be tailored to each person’s individual fitness level and home equipment available. I have completed both the premium and a few of the DVD options available, and have hated/loved them all. Yes, they can be hard (my hate), but as most of us know anything worth obtaining can take some time and work to achieve the goals we want (my love). Thanks Jillian for an amazing program and I look forward to many more of your challenges :)

    Thank you Jillian for such a great app!! I absolutely love it!! You give very clear, precise instructions on each exercise and I get a chance to choose a different exercise, before I push start. Then, you’re there with me through the whole exercise. I just follow along with you! You’re very positive and encouraging throughout the programs, and I’m truly amazed at the variety and huge number of programs you offer in this one app!! Amazing!! Thanks again, Jillian!! You have made me stronger and I feel great !!❤️😄💪👍
  • Perfects set of workout routines

    The pace of this video is perfect for people who really like to follow an instructor at a strong steady pace. I am in my 50s and have a desk job. I have been doing these for a few years. If you are looking for the many routines that zip through exercises this is not for you. My friends and I have lost over 35 pounds each in a few months, kept it off by following a 20 min of exercise.
