Great way to track sleep. Very accurate!
  • Please help.....

How do I stop the daily notifications about how well I slept or if I am well rested? It’s annoying. It may be a benefit for some so please give us a toggle to disable this annoyance or explain what needs to be done to not see these anymore. Update: Thanks for the response. Changing my rating.
  • Update needed

Could use better monitoring. Tell you when in rem or any stage of sleep. I can been in bed reading book and it schedules me in light sleep. I don’t feel it is as accurate as the Fitbit sleep app.
  • Okay but nots 100% accurate

    By helliem
Doesn’t seem to pick up all the times I wake up in the night. I think it just tracks it as light sleep. Fit bit counted many more wake times.
  • Not precise

I recently acquired an Apple Watch and wanted a sleep app to be able to replace the monitoring I had with my Fitbit flex. As basic as my Fitbit was, it would do an almost perfect job at recording my sleep patterns, even when I took naps or fell asleep on the couch. I do not see this being done with your app. I will go and lie down and sit reading or be on my Ipad and it already monitors me as if I were sleeping. I don’t know what mechanism is used for one or the other but I can’t rely on a good reading with SleepWatch like I did with Fitbit. I’m loving my Apple Watch, but have yet to find a good sleep app.
  • Eh it’s decent

    By Mega.Gallade0222
It’s pretty accurate except for when it’s not because one time I fell asleep at like 1-3am and woke up at like 12pm and it said I had 0hrs of sleep and all of my sleep was disrupted when it felt like I slept like a baby.
  • Can’t even swipe

    By StratMcs
Can’t even swipe to get started.
  • Was good

    By what nicknames aren't used
After the update it will not show my report unless I swipe to the next screen where it asks “start sleeping “. Sometimes people need to stop trying to build a better mouse trap, unless they know it really works right.

    Awesome awesome app!
  • Frustrating

The good morning window on Apple Watch is locked. Doesn’t matter how firmly you press the window to move on from screen. I’ve reloaded app 2xs with same result. And yes the press option works on other apps. Now to see if I can get my money back.
