  • DVR feature

    The DVR feature is almost unwatchable. We have had so many issues trying to watch one show that we had to stop. The episode kept skipping and nothing that we did made it stop. You could not even rewind it because it still skipped the part we missed. What is the point of recording a show if you can’t watch it?
  • tvOS App is Garbage

    Streaming is incredibly unreliable. Always stutters and stops streaming. This used to be so much better.
  • Bug Infested - Cancelled.

    I went with them because they had the best lineup. A year, name-change and two price increases later I’m tired of waiting around for these bugs to be fixed on the Apple TV version. “Are you still there?” pause comes up constantly even if you’ve made inputs in the last few minutes. After fast forwarding or rewinding, the time meter stays on the screen and doesn’t go away unless you make more inputs. Cursor won’t move Guide when you first go to it. You have to leave and return again to Guide to wake cursor. Programs still show even after they’ve been deleted. Goodbye!
  • Don’t install the update!!

    Latest update is glitchy. Enlarging screen from “Watch Now” will increase the size, but not get rid of menu. Have to close the app to get rid of it and remember to never try to access a show from that tab.
  • Horrible app

    You cannot watch out of market programming, and you cannot get access to your recordings due to some beta True Cloud app which is not showing any of the recorded content on my Direct TV account. Watching TV remotely is much much easier on Charter.
  • Stopped functioning

    Still not working. Still no action. Clearly ATT means no service. What's the point UPDATE - they upgraded their app to shut out older iPads and require you to buy a newer iPad to view. No notice was given and took weeks of complaints because they have poor communication Contacted DIRECTV days ago. No change. No longer worked with iPad no explanation and no direction on how to make it work Guess I'm paying for nothing now.
  • It’s like cable, even the bill

    This service his horrible. I WAS a customer for since this apps inception, even helped BETA test. After bill increase after bill increase, loss of ACCN, no local channels and constant buffer issues it just wasn’t worth it anymore. It’s almost as if they are trying to sink the titanic. Switched to YouTube TV which is cheaper, more sports selections, all my local channels and unlimited recording. The only good thing about this service is cancel anytime, no contracts.
  • Now the most expensive streaming service

    AT&T just raised this streaming service for the 2nd time in 2019, and discontinued their military discount. Cancelling service and posting on all military web boards.

    Version 3.0.3 crapped the bed i can no longer cast form my iphone6s to the chromecast. It says oops having issues with playback evertime now. Well done.
  • Ok Service tolerable until repeated price increases

    Put up with the bugs & lagging, plus the non working DVR option because the price point made it worth the hassle (had a great rate as an early subscriber when DTVNow first came out - was offered as a deal because I am also AT& T wireless customer). Now with a 3rd price increase, I’m done. I will go with another option for tv and take my wireless service elsewhere too
