    Does not work!!!!!!! Awful customer service. I’m on month #3 and it still doesn’t work, yet I’m being charged!! Never get AT&T!

    Recordings skip back and forth constantly, app takes forever to load.

    Constant buffering. The performance used to be rock solid, but now I’m thinking about moving to a new service even though I’m grandfathered into a great deal.

    Even the reviews seemed rigged. If you really look through all of them it is unhappy customers but somehow they have a 4.6?? This app Freezes, buffers, No matter the connection.
  • Try Fubo tv

    Your still a customer, stop complaining. There are much better streaming service out there. Fubo tv, Hulu with live tv, those 2 alone surpass Att tv now. Most People are probably on the Att cell phone plan so you get this service for $35 but does it work correctly ? Probably at times it does but how about A&E freezing when a comical comes on. Or the random pausing on channels at times. You could say its the internet. I have 100% fiber internet with 1G download and 1G upload WIFI for me is 250-300 Mbps i still have these problems. I still have Att tv now only because i keep thinking the will fix there service, they never do though. Try the free trail on Fubo tv keep your Att tv now during the Fubo tv free trail. See how streaming tv should work. Fubo tv is like Cable tv, its how ATT tv should work. Keep in mind however Fubo tv does not have ABC or ESPN no Disney and no Reelz channel but they do have A&E, AMC IFC,Life channel and NFL network also SCI, AHC, destination America.Also Fubo tv has The weather Channel and all Nickelodeon channels and all MTV channels. They have some NFL games that they stream in 4K HDR those games are very limited though. Some of those channels i listed may be part of the $4.99 upgrade package cant remember what ones though. The only reason i an telling you about Fubo tv is because i have been with Att TV now formally Direct tv now for over 2 1/2 years . I was a beta tester for there DVR cloud service and told them it was not ready for release and they released it anyway. Then i come on here and look at the reviews and they say 4.6 out of 5 that is a bold faced lie. Look at all the recent reviews for the past 2 years there all 1 to 2 rating. How can you have a rating of 4.6 if 90% are 1 or 2 its a scam.
  • DVR feature

    The DVR feature is almost unwatchable. We have had so many issues trying to watch one show that we had to stop. The episode kept skipping and nothing that we did made it stop. You could not even rewind it because it still skipped the part we missed. What is the point of recording a show if you can’t watch it?
  • tvOS App is Garbage

    Streaming is incredibly unreliable. Always stutters and stops streaming. This used to be so much better.
  • Bug Infested - Cancelled.

    I went with them because they had the best lineup. A year, name-change and two price increases later I’m tired of waiting around for these bugs to be fixed on the Apple TV version. “Are you still there?” pause comes up constantly even if you’ve made inputs in the last few minutes. After fast forwarding or rewinding, the time meter stays on the screen and doesn’t go away unless you make more inputs. Cursor won’t move Guide when you first go to it. You have to leave and return again to Guide to wake cursor. Programs still show even after they’ve been deleted. Goodbye!
  • Don’t install the update!!

    Latest update is glitchy. Enlarging screen from “Watch Now” will increase the size, but not get rid of menu. Have to close the app to get rid of it and remember to never try to access a show from that tab.
