  • The app is always crashing

    This used to be a solid app for watching tv. But ever since AT&T took over directv and they rebranded this service as AT&T TV, the service has been terrible. This app is constantly crashing. Right now, I’m trying to watch a show, and I keep getting an error message that says “We’re fixing it now, try again later.” If I try to chrome cast the content, sometimes it’ll disconnect on its own. Furthermore, if I’m watching TV, it’s really annoying that after 4 hours I get a “still there?” Message. There should be something to turn that off.
  • AT &T has a difficult time being honest

    I have been with AT &T for years, Was told when sighing up charge was $50 plus tax a month and would receive a Roku but never happened, cannot call because there is no customer service other than chat, I basically sucked it up until the changes to bill was $73.. I waited and just said “F” it. Because AT &T has basically been this way when I had Direct TV and when it comes to my phone service... The services provided are ok... JUST INTERGRETY AND HONESTY THEY JUST SEEM TO LACK AND DO NOT CARE
  • Horrible... and getting worse

    Won’t let me sign in. Changed password and user id and still can’t sign in. Terrible “update” It’s been a year since I wrote this review. Still can’t login. Only, now I’m in an endless loop of “update required” sending me to the App Store telling me to open the app which tells me “update requires” and around and around.
  • Chromecast stopped working with update

    Ever since the latest update, the app will connect to my Chromecast but won’t actually play anything. I’ve signed in and out, restarted everything, and nothing works. No issues with other apps connecting or using the app on my phone. What gives?
  • Causes my I devices to get hit on cell data

    My iDevices get dangerously hot while using this app with my cell data. It didn’t used to do this, and it does not happen with any other streaming services (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon video, Pluto etc...) I’m wondering if this is being done on purpose to discourage using it with cellular data? I use a small USB fan to keep my idevices from overheating. Beware!!! Heat is the enemy of electronics!!!
  • Super Solid service

    I left Comcast for this app. I tried to go back to Comcast, but got too used to the quality of this app. So I came back. The DVR app has become increasingly stable with each up. Keep it up. * Please add NIGHTMODE support for the guide. * Also, please add a way to jump back to the top of the guide quickly. Maybe like a double tap feature. * Add the preference option to skip back/forth by more than 10 seconds on tvOS. Maybe a 30 & 60 second skip option. * On iPadOS update the volume slider UI. Often times, when I slide to adjust the volume in full screen view, it changes the channel. Overall, super solid app.

    This used to be a great app. All of a sudden, though, I can’t sign into it. I can sign in online but not through the app... very inconvenient.
  • If you like forced repeat commercials👎🏽

    Sometimes there are up to 6 commercials per show. Who does that? And at times they’ll be back to back commercials, as if the first one wasn’t annoying enough. For what we’re paying, we shouldn’t be forced to watch these commercials. I’m so feed up at times, I just start watching YouTube videos and wonder why I’m paying for this service.

  • Freezes OFTEN!!!

    There isn’t a time when it’s not freezing. It’s like having satellite on a windy and/or rainy day!!! Not worth it!!
