    Since my move I’ve had few but not major issues, cutting out, have had to restart and reboot a couple times but overall good. Like the recording addition that’s a huge plus. Only issue with that is I set for Chicago P.D. new shows only but on USA I guess they are considered new so I have to cancel a bunch of recordings I don’t want. Glad I choose this now. Dec 7 Att was doing good and I gave a glowing review and as soon as I did the service took a down turn! All recorded shows stop and spin spin spin SO frustrating! I uninstalled and put back that didn’t help.

    i’ve been trying to log in for like the past 4 days and each time it says, “Sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later.” and obviously i’ve been trying,, for the past 4 DAYS! i had to change by password twice because i kept getting locked out, and i know that i’m inputting the right password, so why can i not watch AT&TTV?

    This app used to be great when it was directvnow. Price was low $35 and it seems like every 3 months they’re increasing the price. I’ve canceled my subscription and have switched to sling tv

    Edit 3: Wow, so it just doesn’t even work anymore. Haven’t been able to launch it for weeks. Price increase and less reliability, sounds about right for a telecom. Fix your sh*t. If you’re reading this, look at Sling. Don’t let them doup you. Edit 2: they completely jacked it up again by redoing everything from scratch, obviously throwing away all of the progress that they've been making before. Literally so frustrating. Terrible business decisions made on this team: it's horrible. ATT, directv can you hear these reviews? Edit: giving it an update because there’s been some obvious progress in the last while. Cursor doesn’t really get lost often, it doesn’t lag as hard (you can actually change channels by swiping!), the sensitivity of the channel changer swipe gesture has been bumped down, there’s been MANY fixes and adjustments. Overall, it’s starting to feel like the good ol’ days. Whoever is heading this app development over there deserves some props for getting this thing stable again. - original: Ridiculous - trying to use this thing on AppleTV has become the worst part of my day. In the beginning, this app was much much better. The bugs were more random and less obvious and when they made updates you can expect improvement. Not anymore. I can't think of the last time this thing worked as expected. I’ve never had an app crash so hard I had to restart my Apple TV. Can't leave the app and come back (blank screen until restarts), can't accidentally tap the remote because the channel will change but actually want to change the channel? It'll have a 20 second delay and then take another 10 to load, during which you can't use the UI. Oh, and you can't scroll too fast in the guide menu because the cursor can "get lost". Good luck figuring out if you should use the MENU button on the remote or back button in the UI because you'll always be wrong and exit the app - which then requires you to restart it because it black screens when launched immediately... Maybe it's because you're working on a new one? The support is still needed for THE PEOPLE WHO ARE USING THIS SERVICE NOW.

    This app has not good picturing and too many issues with freezing, no picture, it’s so black market, and it hard to add it if you do not have a Apple TV box 4th generation. Totally not happy!

    Been trying for a year to login to app says login no good they take $64.95 every month out of bank account call in representatives always say can’t help have to login online only way to access account well can’t do that have no help or assist from them at all cannot use app but get charged each month I would not recommend this to my worst enemy
