  • Doesn’t work for my devices

Bluetooth would not connect to any of my devises; ProForm treadmill, Garmin Forerunner 935 including foot pod, or my Bontrager cadence sensor.
  • Inaccurate speed/data

The app only registers speed, fakes cadence (edited notes below), and does not respond to height, weight, gender profile changes; see details below. I’ve been using Zwift for years on a pc, and liked it mostly apart from the ok graphics. I got a new 4K Apple TV and was excited to have an upgrade, unfortunately the Apple TV app doesn’t work nearly as well as the PC. The issue is that it does not read cadence at all from the meter, it’s artificially dictated by your speed sensor. I can spin my cranks as fast as possible, easily 150 rpm, and my rpm in the app sits at 70, slow down a bunch but in higher gear and it sits at 60. Just very annoying to not have your rider, and stats, react to what you are doing. Edit; after messing with the pairing I found the problem with the app. It will automatically pair both sensors when you start, but the cadence sensor doesn’t work. You have to go back and manually pair each sensor one at a time and then they both work. And to make problems worse, there is zero change in your cadence or power by changing height, weight, or gender. I figured since the reading was so inaccurate I’d try and at least speed my character up by drastically dropping weight and height, nothing. On the PC version I would change height, weight, gender when my wife would ride and it worked great. I’ve tried this multiple times and no change at all. Part of the problem could be the app isn’t configured correctly with the Wahoo Bluetooth sensors. Using my Garmin Ant+ sensors on the laptop gives me a much more realistic speed and power output. I’ll go back to using the PC version as it actually works, please fix your app.
  • Apple Watch Series 2 compatibility is barely usable

Often apple watch hangs at unpaired and won’t give proper heartrate. Other times watch will refuse to end activity even when the app on the phone is closed. Heart rate is constantly 0.
  • Great platform, terrible phone app

The app is almost unusable on the phone since everything is microscopically sized. The phone interface needs a complete rework and not just be scaled down iPad. Since WiFi hotspots prevent the iPad from seeing the phone the companion app also isn't really an option.
  • Can’t see on iPhone

It’s great but you can’t see it on the phone...you should be able to tap on a section of the screen and enlarge the information your looking to see...otherwise it’s great..
  • Keeps crashing in group events

Second day in a row where program crashes in a group ride. And if I get back in the odometer and time are frozen, can’t not see when ride on’s are given, and any attempts to text crashes the program again. Lost all of today’s activity. Very frustrating
  • Needs More

Great app! I absolutely love it. Only missing one star because I think it needs more real world race courses. Yes more Tour Routes, maybe some Hugely popular gravel routes from around the world. I’d love to see how zwift could turn an old back road gravel race into virtual world zwift style.
  • Continued updates

Every time I sign up for an event, I have updated that takes minutes and although I arrive on time it doesn’t allow me to join the tour de Zwift or other events. It’s an absolute pain when I’m blocking out workout times around my day and it doesn’t allow me to join even if I show up on time!!!!!!! Figure it out Zwift!
  • Crashes/Bluetooth comparability issues

I tend to listen to my AirPods while biking, which obviously use Bluetooth. I am not sure if there is a conflict between them and Zwift, but the music constantly cuts out or the app out right crashes and forces closes pretty regularly.

Gets me through winter indoor training, but the lack of a lap button frustrates me.
