  • Tis too good.

Does its job a little too well in my opinion sometimes it does block things I would like to do on the internet like streaming and watching movies.
  • Works well

Overall I am happy. I have no other VPN experiance so I can't compare it. I have NO trouble streaming multiple items on diffrent devices simaltaniously (iPad, Mac, iPhone) so speed is very satisfactory. However, some applications such as the Apple App Store will not connect while the VPN is active. I have gotten several emails from Nord. I started this service 1 week ago.
  • Quarantined

I've written a review earlier and wanted to follow up. First, I am glad that there appears to be som many people who give hign marks for the app. I am glad it is working for you. I encounter the same difficulty as before, perhaps even worse. Many, many websites prevent me from accessing their website as they see this communication from Nord VPN as a server with high activity and suspect. There is no patern of which websites prevent access. I suppose this depends on their server and their protection programs. In the end I have to exit Nord and then go to the website. Why? What's the sense? I think the purchase of this app was not something that it lives up to claim. While I do not visit bad sites, I did want to prevent possible tracing back to me and being constantly harrassed from advertising or other communications. This is just not living up to it purpose for my use.
  • Can anybody tell me why I cannot open this app?

  • Great app, great price

NordVPN has always functioned around the world. For someone who travels a lot, this is a must either to prevent identity theft or simply to watch your favorite shows while abroad. If you are looking for a vpn, look no further.
  • unstable

this VPN blatantly lists HongKong in the country list. It is ridiculous! HongKong is a autonomous city belonging to China.
  • Awesome

Set it up on my mobile devices and user dd-wrt i was able to add it to my home wifi. Quite a bit of work and you definitely need to know what youre doing but works great.
  • Getting unbearable

    By MEF2015
For the last 3-4 upgrades more bugs, not less, have surfaced. Now its asking for credentials at random intervalls. A disconnect prompts another username and passwod screen. Its time to get it right Nord. Update: Still littered with bugs. If Nord spent as much time on the app as they do on marketing they might get it right. Moving to PIA. Update 5-30-2020 Although I'm not geting the ongoing username/password sign in screen anymore I now notice two new annoyances. One, the app will not always open upon startup and two, the Kill Switch is not reliable. All in all the app has to be supervised to make sure its on and is performing as expected. Often times its not. Very unrelaible.
  • Consistent crashing after a few days use

    By MPopovich
The app is good when it works. However, too many times I've had it crash on me and expose all traffic after ~3 days of use. Support tells me to uninstall the app via appCleaner, restart Mac, reinstall Nord. I've done this before but still, after a while it begins to crash occasionally. Just not reliable unfortunately. Use with caution. Occasionally a build will work without crashing. Once you find it, stick with it. If you need to update the app, keep an eye on it.
  • Great value, overall impressed with appplication. Keeps improving!

I've been using NordVPN for three years now. Overall, I'd say it work 95% of the time. Some sites block any VPN, so not much can be done about that. I'm a particular fan of their latest release. It's much quicker to connect, and quicker to transfer data. Will keep using another three years, probably more.
