NEW! It’s time to interact with your Pokémon like never before—Pokémon GO has recently introduced GO Snapshot! Taking AR photos is a snap with this easy-to-use update. You’re now able to take photos of any Pokémon you have in your collection. Document your adventures by taking photos of your favorite Pokémon to share with friends or as a memento of your epic journey. Join Trainers across the globe who are discovering Pokémon as they explore the world around them. Pokémon GO is the global gaming sensation that has been downloaded over 850 million times and named "Best Mobile Game" by The Game Developers Choice Awards and "Best App of the Year" by TechCrunch. Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, and many other Pokémon have been discovered! Pokémon are out there, and you need to find them. As you walk around a neighborhood, your smartphone will vibrate when there’s a Pokémon nearby. Take aim and throw a Poké Ball… You’ll have to stay alert, or it might get away! Search far and wide for Pokémon and items Certain Pokémon appear near their native environment—look for Water-type Pokémon by lakes and oceans. Visit PokéStops and Gyms—found at interesting places like museums, art installations, historical markers, and monuments—to stock up on Poké Balls and helpful items. Catching, hatching, evolving, and more As you level up, you’ll be able to catch more-powerful Pokémon to complete your Pokédex. You can add to your collection by hatching Pokémon Eggs based on the distances you walk. Help your Pokémon evolve by catching many of the same kind. Choose a Buddy Pokémon to walk with and earn Candy that will help you make your Pokémon stronger. Compete in epic Gym battles You’ll join one of three teams and battle for the ownership of Gyms with your Pokémon at your side. As your Charmander evolves to Charmeleon and then Charizard, you can battle together to defeat a Gym and assign your Pokémon to defend it against all comers. Team up to defeat powerful Raid Bosses A Raid Battle is a cooperative gameplay experience that encourages you to work with up to 20 other Trainers to defeat an extremely powerful Pokémon known as the Raid Boss. If you succeed in defeating it in battle, you’ll have the chance to catch an extra powerful Pokémon of your own! It’s time to get moving—your real-life adventures await! • This version is buggy

    By Strijo
This version seems very buggy. Takes forever to open, freezes and crashes frequently. Hoping an update is in the works!
  • Lower volume please!

    By Bluexnine
Lower the volume for sound affects and music. I can't listen to music while playing the game because the sound from the game is over powering the music. The best would be to make the volume scalable for sound and music. I'm surprise that this option is not there already since the launch this has been an issue.
  • Great idea in mind!! Please consider!

    By ayamesar
It would be great to be able to send pokemon on individual missions to do intriguing little story plots that can maybe lead to a bigger story plot (even cooler if an illustration here and there, maybe just for the main story plot if there is a story plot, is sent to you during and/or after task missions and saved in an album or we could just screen shot it or have an option to save to our device photos). Each task mission can also have select pokemon types for a requirement, like say if a research lab is on fire, you would require either a water or ice type pokemon or even just a pokemon with a move that can solve the problem. Since there are already pokemon slots existing for the training/battles, you can use that same function to add select pokemon for the task missions idea. Additionally, you could also send off any pokemon to collect random items (limit 5 per day?)

  • Hmm...........

    By Markinator6542
Whew. I’m sorry, but I have to say this. This game is......... disappointing. You see, first off, I know there is a lot of people that have tried to get in this game through their Facebook accounts, or gmail accounts, or something, and it didn’t work, and it has made a lot of people mad. I understand. I have had the same experience. But then there’s the people playing this game, they are all like, “We should have the other eeveelutions!” or “where’s kalos and alola?” Look. They haven’t even made the unova region yet, you...... you nubs. I bet that 60% of all the people that play this game never actually played one of true original adventure games. I recommend them, they are amazing and fun to play, and everyone should experience them. Also, where are the evolution stones? The special places to evolve certain Pokémon, like magneton and nosepass? How come you can evolve the Pokémon needed to be traded to evolve (like haunter, boldore, graveller, shelmet and karrablast, yes I am a Pokémon maniac. I have played the games since I was 7 years old. I know a lot about this game, I have played every region except for sinnoh( I played let’s go eevee, heartgold, alpha sapphire, white 2, x and ultra sun. Yes I have washed a lot of time and money on Pokémon. I’m not trying to brag about this, I feel more ashamed because of how much money I spent, but I think I have at least 3,500 Pokémon cards) so I tend to be reliable for Pokémon information. I am actually sad by what the generation eight starters look like. Sobble? That’s the water type? I always chose the water startes, except for rowlet (I love primarina and brionne, but poplio is a little bit sad), and sobble just looks sad.......... well, I mean this game tends to be exciting and fun for some people, others find it stressing and bad. I just hope that the login is easier for some people.
  • Adventure Sync

    By Mck4d
Needs to sync with Fitbit!! Missing out on so much because it doesn’t.
  • Training

    By Giant5683
I’m trying to bring 1000 training battles but one thing that takes time is selecting the battle and going through all of that to do each battle. There should be a rematch button for team leader battles. Also... Every time I get a research breakthrough I encounter an Entei. WHY. Is my game bugged?
