    Terrible app, bad design on mobile, overrides decision NOT to add entire friend list as accepting a friend request.... Content half off page, couldn’t read it all or know which part of buttons that did show were correct selection. It asked to choose 5 friends, only chose 4, did NOT choose to add entire friend list, but it did and notified them as friend request.

    **Update - after speaking to customer service my money for unpublished ads was refunded. Very happy now!! I have spent a good deal of $$ on ads so this made me happy so I updated my review from 3-5 stars. ——————————————————— This app is so wonderful. My only issue is with advertising. I’ve spend a lot of $$ advertising but occasionally I am billed the $5 and the ad never runs and I’m not reimbursed. This has happened 3 times in about 2 weeks. That is $15 I have just thrown away. If I could get that money back I would gladly upgrade this rating to more stars.

    Paid for a year subscription and having issues ever since I paid the same day the app said I had an issue with my payment. I have no form of communication with the app dev and have no access to my app I’m also limited. This really is frustrating especially since the payment wasn’t cheap. Please fix or I need a refund please. Also please inform me of what this app has to offer in the full paid version of their is any additional features at all. Overall good concept satisfied thus far amazing app but ever since the payment issue I’ve been living a beautiful nightmare

    I was very wary after reading the reviews about this app. However, I thought that if I followed the instructions, I would be fine. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Beware, the first six days of your trial. Will be great. You’ll wonder how so many people could leave bad reviews. I promise, the second your payment clears and they have your money, all of your support will be gone. Within a couple days starting to use the app, I had an issue with profiles being tangled together and I was unable to separate them. This was costing me money as some customers were claiming Rewards that did not belong to them. I sent an email to the support team and received a response relatively quickly saying that they would look into it as soon as possible and have a solution for me. Three days later and I have not heard a thing. The only notification I’ve gotten was that my payment was cleared. I sent several other emails to support with not a single response. I tried to use their live chat support and only received an automated responses. This app seems to be a complete scam. Till my issue was resolved, this is my review. I am hoping that they make Good on their word and continue to support the at the Dave building.
