Honestly this game is so good with a huge story and a fun concept, I’d say it could compete with console games cause of how long you can get lost in this
  • Crooked as hell

This game gets crookeder with every update. 44 summons in a row with no non-guaranteed rares despite a 3% advertised rare character rate. Item World is rigged for hostility, giving obsolete garbage affixes the game knows the players don’t want. First/last “coin flip” in PvP arena has me going last 12 times in a row. If not for the 3rd Anniversary gifts I would uninstall immediately and never return.
  • Same old boring ripoff

Same bland game same sorry ripoff summon chances. Woo-hoo...another event where the draw coins mean getting mostly Gil snappers instead of the other prize summon types...*yawn*....now is the day of gotcha pay games. Gotta pay to win!!!

  • New update

The new update won’t let me start the game back up. It loads the massive update then states there was an error and reruns the update in a horrible loop. Quite disappointed.
  • Great to play on the go

I love this game. It has kept me busy for a couple years now. It always throws out a new event every week or two so even if you have that massive story done you can always play more!
  • Mind boggling.

I have been playing FFBE for about 2 years now, with the last eight or nine months being seriously invested. All I have to say is, hats of to the minds behind it. As a somewhat hardcore gamer, I look for games I can truly invest time (and occasionally money) in playing. Especially on a handheld device, finding a game that is in depth, has an enjoyable story/background, is FULLY PLAYABLE WITHOUT IN GAME PAYMENTS, and one that may be played at either a leisurely or manic pace is incredibly difficult to find. For me, it’s also about the little things that turn a game into a full blown virtual world one can escape into. FFBE has not only double checked all of the above, it has been unyieldingly fun. If you’re a fan of pixel gaming, The story across worlds is illustrated in an absolutely stunning manner. The in-game CG is terrific; the music goes from chilling to blood pumping. Game wise - long story short - super playable, no catches what so ever. Runs smooth as butter on my iPhone6. Ridiculous amount of hours can be spent. If you’re spending a little bit money, more than worth it. DOWNLOAD IT. PLAY THE GAME.

Since a few updates ago, it crashes every time. can’t even get in 15 min without the game randomly shutting down. Unplayable in its current state.
