Don’t get me wrong ... it’s a fun game. But it’s horribly unbalanced. The whole game consists of the same strategies for instant win conditions due to the game design. All people do is run cyber stein to summon Ojama king and you aren’t allowed to summon monsters and instant win. Either add a way to summon 5 monsters like real yugioh or take that crap out of the game. Tons of cards need to be banned yet they remove other cards that aren’t a big deal

This game is obviously great. Here’s why. If you’re wondering about this game, it is not a “pay to win” type of game and it’s far from that and in fact the game rewards you with generous amounts of gems for just about anything you do. The game always has an event going on so gems are constantly being earned. This game does not have a monotonous grind that is required in order to earn certain cards and everything is fairly earned within reason without feeling like you’ve spent too much time for nothing at all. You’re always rewarded fairly in the game and it’s never an invaluable gamble when purchasing gems to buy packs or even using the gems you earned for free. The game is fast paced and straight to the point and simple. So in conclusion, the game is generously rewarding and every gem spent is never a regret. You will be happy that you chose this game to play!

I honestly love this game!!! It doesn’t use energy to duel, it’s low on micro transactions but still there for when you need them. Not riddled with an add every time you turn around. The only downside to it is you can only place 3 monsters instead of the traditional 5 (or at least that’s what I remember) and can’t create custom match at least I can’t ANYWAYS Great storyline and 💯% nostalgic 😁

I’ve been plying duel links since it first came out, and I can say it has changed a lot since then and not all for the better. A lot of very good cards are locked behind Pay walls and there is no way else to get them, other then maybe the Dream Tickets worth 100$ that come out maybe once a year.. yeah good luck with that. The game has flawed design and somewhat seems like the matches are crooked based on which player spent the most money, you will have good days and others just stick a middle finger in the face, I have ashamedly spent a lot of money on this game and it has not helped at all. To put it straight, you are not going to get very far with the in game currency and Konami is aware of that, it costs nearly 55,000 Gems to make a complete deck from any of the in game boxes which is just ridiculous, you could always opt out and choose to spend real hard earned money to get a shiny next to useless virtual card. Duel Links can be a fun game, that being said as a 3 year player, it hasn’t been fun in a long time, the Meta is crooked, Konami is stingy and doesn’t care about the weaker not spending players, if you don’t spend any money prepare to get left behind, it’s just how these kind of games work. The PvP community is the games weakest aspect, a game that connects everyone around the world, you would expect to be introduced to a verity of dueling tactics, instead what your left with is the same decks and cards over and OVER AND OVER AND OVER again, that’s not even an exaggeration. The PvP is dull and lacks any kind of strategy, it’s the weakest aspect of the game, Konami claims to work hard to keep the game balanced but that isn’t true and if you’re an active player you can clearly see that. Konami won’t do a thing because then no one would spend over 100$ to obtain that Shiny new UR that just got introduced that’s going to break the META again. Your opponent never seems to get a bad hand, you can even copy their deck and you would still get really bad hands that force you to surrender, be forced to lose your rank and have to buy “Stronger” cards, and that’s just the games gimmick, it’s not the players fault, it’s a crooked system that tries to make the player feel that their skills are lacking and the only way to improve them is by purchasing their in game deals such as “Guaranteed UR for 9.99$”. It’s unfair to player and not really a test of skills at that point, so much as, who spent the most money on a virtual card game targeted towards children. It’s a shame to turn away a game that I’ve invested so much time with, but update after update it only gets worse, Game breaking cards get replaced with More game breaking cards, Konami bans the others to increase sales and rinse and repeat, what your left with is a dry, bland money grabbing experience, what started out as Fan Service to the original Anime fans, turned into a Broken, unfair and non-creative meta just like the Actual Yu-Gi-Oh format. It’s not good, don’t play it, and don’t give Konami your money.

First off awesome game, the only problem I had was when I got a new phone and tried to transfer the game it didn’t bring it Over and I had to start all over. My account is still active since my brother still had me as a friend but I can’t get my save bk and I put a lot of money and time into something I can’t get bk. It’s a great game if you never switch phones and tech NEVER responds bk with emails. It’s all just a bot who asks you what’s wrong and that’s it. No solutions.
