    Uber Support is nonexistent, they strategically wait just long enough to reply (after you’ve jumped through hoops to even be able to get ahold of them, that is) so they can justify not resolving your issues and then their employees can select “no response needed” so that they have the final word and you can no longer use the chat support function to dialogue with them in regards to your issue, despite the fact that you WANT to respond and are still not satisfied with their response. Basically they hold their customers hostage, shame on them! I’m gonna go ahead and edit this review to reiterate my message since the developer replied a standard reply encouraging me to use Uber’s help feature, WHICH I DID and they still failed to resolve my issue. Issue my refund or stop issuing blanket responses. If you want to sent me a custom response, it’s my username on this review @gmail.com. Otherwise, your customer service BLOWS and you know it. Getting ahold of your CS team requires heaps of patience and creativity instead of being straight forward so no thank you. Step. Your. Game. Up!!! Updated 2/21: STOP REPLYING TO ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS WITH THE SAME BLANKET RESPONSE THAT DOESN’T EVEN ADDRESS MY CONCERNS. This is why you went from #2 to #3 in the Food category on the App Store and I will continue updating and reposting this review every time you disrespectfully ignore my simple request. Want to make it right? Issue my refund. The end. Not that complicated, is it?

    I called your helpline today (20/02/2020) at 8:25 pm and spoke to a representative named Robin. I had to cancel an order that I accidentally placed while browsing the app. Upon calling the customer support line, I asked the guy to cancel the order. At first, he said order cannot be cancelled and restaurant already started preparing food which is a false statement. Restaurant doesn’t start making food in 1 minute. Robin threatened me that there will be a negative charge on my account next time ordering food delivery or to book a ride. This is utterly frustrating and disrespectful to a customer who called the helpline within a moment after placing an order ACCIDENTALLY. It seems now that the order has been cancelled but I want to make sure that there is no negative charge on my account. Please confirm me in written.

    It took me almost an hour to try and get logged in and make an account!! Pulse this stupid thing said that I already had an account with my phone number and I’ve never used there app!! I can’t!! Beyond frustrating and horrible service!!!!!!!!!

    First of all they don’t have any customer service available when you know for a fact an order went totally wrong against your favor (missing items, wrong items). I stopped using after they added a small order delivery fee to any order under $15. That’s too high no one is trying to order that much food from cheap fast food restaurants when your by yourself, I’ve also had to many situations when Uber drivers took over an hour to deliver or just straight up cancelled. They don’t know how to read and order correctly based on the fact I’ll ask for something without sauce etc.. and it comes with exactly what i told them to leave out. Disappointing, not worth the money anymore.

    I spent about 15 minutes choosing what I wanted to order. After that I continued to process the order to get the food and now they tell me the dining option is unavailable. After I spent time ordering the food already. Door dash is highly recommended over Uber eats.

    9 out of 10 times you will be missing items on your order!! Not able to leave comments for the restuarant, not able to cancel when food is in prep FOR AN HOUR!! When u call UberEats customer service, they dont do anything for you. I work alone overnights at a check cashing where im not allowed to leave, otherwise i would delete this app and get my food MYSELF!! STEER CLEAR FROM THIS APP!!

    Hi everyone. I have been a user of this service for a year. All I have noticed is an increase in the delivery prices. $5.99 delivery for McDonald’s?!?! Like what the heck. So I have to pay $19.00 for my Big Mac meal. No thank you. And that’s not even including a tip. As a college student, money is a problem, so I tried door dash instead. And it was great!!! 0$ delivery fee for the first time. And only $1.99 for other McDonald delivery’s. Save some cash with DoorDash.

    I’ve gotten orders wrong and support said I couldn’t get reimbursed but they would give me a 5 dollar credit for the inconvenience, what a rip off, they can take that credit and shove it up their A55
