    I have 3 children ages 18, 5 and 2. I also have a full time job. I love the quick workouts! There are so many workout options. I am drenched in sweat after every workout :)

    I love the workouts. Love Kayla. I wish this had ONE additional features: 1) You can mark HIIT and LISS workouts done, but not for the day before. Sometimes I forget to mark my progress that day and then I can’t edit it in later. I hope whoever made the app sees this and adds it in the next update!! Would make a world of difference!!

    App is ok, same stuff over and over though... my biggest problem is how after I canceled my subscription through the app it continued to deduct money from my account. It was not till just recently did I see where you have to go onto your iTunes app purchases and cancel there. I feel like they are sneaky with that tidbit.

    I started off with the PWR program and loved it but I was losing too much weight. Love the option of switching programs. I’m now on week 3 of build and it’s helping me get back to where I was a couple years ago! Already seeing amazing results and feeling very strong.

    I’m not one to like group classes and I like to have variety of exercises and goals, my headphones and a checklist to check it off after it’s done. This app fits me 100%! I love the way it challenges me and the results are amazing. I feel so much stronger and can’t wait to go to the gym and get it done! Also the app is like taking my personal trainer on the road when I travel (which I do all the time). One piece of advice, before u start, read up on how her program works. And know, it’s not easy! But it works!

    I think the app works well, really great workouts! My only criticisms are that I’d like to be able to enter how much weight I used for the exercise so I can know where I left off. And I’d like the option to skip and come back to an exercise because the gym equipment isn’t always available right when I need it and I have to circle back to it.

    I love this app and have been using it for over a year now. However, I would love to see a meal plan option that doesn’t incorporate a user having to cook 5 different meals a day, everyday. It would be a true game changer if there was a meal prep option where a user could track their macros and nutrients, similar to myfitnesspal but providing a food plan that has the user only cook one or two days a week in bulk. No one I’ve talked to in the sweat community follows the meal plans because they are way too time consuming and expensive.
