    For some reason it isn’t collecting heart rate data. I have double checked all permissions and everything looks to be in order. Once this is fixed I’ll update to 5 stars
  • Greatest exercise app I’ve come to find yet!!

    I love this app!! Fitbod provides exercises to do at the gym and at home. They aim to help you and not over work you, I live that the exercises show the muscles that are being worked and how many reps you’ve completed. Highly recommended!!
  • Great way to track your workout and mix things up a bit

    I’m 45 and trying to shed my belly a little (wife likes a little bit of belly - lucky me) and put on some muscle and this app is a quick and easy tool to get’er done. It’s really easy to use and customize. Only been using it a few weeks and already seeing a difference but then again I’ve only been out of the gym over the holidays. I’ll post again in a few weeks to share my progress. Give it a try!!!

    I have only tried one workout but it was actually great, I’m going to use the two workouts left on my free trial and if there’s enough variation of exercises and this app keeps kicking my butt this way I’m gonna be buying the yearly plan by the end of the week. I have limited weights and equipment at home and being able to select the equipment and exercises I’m able to do at home is priceless and it seems to be very well put together in one app. Ease of use, it gets few minutes to realize how everything works. It I feels is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and th best way to show it to the devs is paying subscription and hope they keep updating it and improving it. Also, I find that using it on the Apple Watch is easier and better than marking the exercises completed as u are training, doing so on the iPhone seems not to be as easy as on the watch. Another thing I appreciate about this app is that 3D Touch / force press on your iPhone will allow you to have a quick view of an exercise. Attention to detail makes a difference and this app shows that. This app beats Nike, Runtastic/Adidas Workout and every other workout app out there. It keeps being updated and getting more choices such as body weight only workouts or lately intervals training. I hope they manage to keep the app as is while introducing new features as they are doing and keep it at the current price. If that happens I see myself being a happy user for life.

    With the latest updates the app took a hit on performance. Syncing with apple health not always work and in some screens the app just freezes.
  • Not good for gains

    This is mostly my fault, but I am just realizing this app is not good for those trying to gain muscle as even under it’s bodybuilding routine it never really increases the weight amounts. In 7 months I have foolishly floated around the same weight levels for most exercises and this is just not going to help me achieve my goals. I can’t develop a chest with a maximum level of 115lbs, and the app just doesn’t increase it on it’s own. So much for “AI”. I

    Being a mother of 8 in my 50’s and having a decent home gym I found myself struggling to keep muscle groups workouts organized as well as diverse weight sets. I am extremely self motivated and been lifting weights on and off since I was 18. This app has been an answered prayer. You plug in what equipment you have available and maybe block a few exercises that make you cringe. You can set two to three workouts...the heavy workout, the 45 minute and the HITT workout (quick and fast)...whatever you need for your schedule. You set weekly goals. The workouts are set to rotate your muscles and there’s so many variety of options of exercises. I love it. The app pushes you to beat out your rep or weight on push day which helps increase your endurance and build. There is so much for the 10.00 a month or 59.99 a year membership!
