  • Awesome app all around

    By Kenniston85
5 dollars for personal trainer quality workouts, weight progression, achievements, progress tracker. and demos on how to use equipment. Good for any experience level. Been using this app for more than a year, no issues at all. The monthly cost is low compared to what’s offered.
  • Good but glitching

    By RockyD04
The app has great exercises and works genuinely good. as of lately it has been glitching and force closing, especially when trying to save a work out session! besides that its helped me get in shape!
  • Crossfitter

I’ve been a crossfitter for years and loving this for a different workout at home.
  • Workouts keep resetting

    By wjejhd
If you move from the workout page, it will reset on you. Happened to me as I was looking at previous workouts, started the workout without noticing it reset on me. Now it has a workout that I cancelled but it shows the workout in the lot that I can’t delete. This shows muscle groups as red that I didn’t even workout yet. Not a huge deal but annoying all the same. The app is expensive with a lot of alternatives to choose from to sit here and be frustrated with issues like this.
  • An actual trainer

I’ve used at least 5 other workout apps. Usually they’re just full of canned workouts. This app makes new workouts for you every time. You can see how your performance one day raises your weights and reps. And there are settings to customize the app to the equipment you have available, your workout goals, and specific exercises you want to do more or less. Great app, and the only one i trust in the gym

11/13 - I’ve been using this for almost 2 years now. Every day. Dealt with a lot of the issues. The newest update has made it unusable. Crashes after each set. Unfortunately have to delete and find a new app after 2 years UPDATE 11/7 - be prepared to add 10 minutes to your workout this app WILL crash at least once and freeze your phone up occasionally. It will absolutely crash on you once in your workout though. Whether you want to put up with that for $10 a month is up to you.... I’ve been using this app for awhile now, 8 or 9 months. I’m stopping because of the price, but I will say the workouts have come a long way since I first started. My initial issue was that the workouts made no sense (I’m no expert but played ball on college and am in the Marines, so I’m not ignorant either). Additionally, excluding a workout (I’m 32, I don’t do Olympic lifts anymore) would jack up everything - the app would get confused and next thing you knew your workouts were just 10 sets of glute raises. Since then the workouts have become much better, and the app runs smoother when you exclude a lift. Only issue now is the app freezes your phone in the middle of a workout. I think it’s the newest update, it’s just started but has happened 3 workouts in a row. The app is going in the right direction, even for the higher price tag.
  • Super versatile app and improves syncing.

    By Juniorraz
This is still my go-to gym workout app. The supersets are very effective and info provided on the Watch app (GIFs and timers) are great. Syncing, which used to be the most annoying part of this, has gotten much better and the calculations at the end of a workout are much faster now. The ability to create different profiles (a great help for frequent travelers that use multiple gyms or no gym), integration with other workout apps plus the addition of new exercises are great.
  • Personal trainer at your fingertips

This app has been well worth the cost. I actually honk I stuck with because it of the charge! I do wish it had family sharing capability. But other than that it’s perfect. The ability to sub out exercises based on what your facility has is superb. And I have learned many new exercises from the video instruction. Love Fitbod!
  • Surprisingly Awesome!

I love this app! Tons of different exercises and can be customized to your equipment. Reminders to hold you accountable. Tracks your progress. And automatically sets you up for the next muscle groups. Love it!!
  • Excellent

I needed to find something that could help me write my own programs. This is perfect, and what I’m totally used to when I did small group weight training at my gym.
