    Does all the calculations and preparations for you. So many customizations for anyone. I really appreciate that it chooses exercises for you, has video + instructions, and replacements for that exercise if needed. Definitely worth the $50 Thanks FitBod

    This app is great. It kicks your butt every time. With different workouts I never thought of even doing. I’ve been a user for a week now and it has blown me away. Connects to apple health, gives instructions on how to do exercises, switches what you are doing daily. Not much more you can ask for in a fitness app. Great Job guys.

    I’ve had a trainer for about a year and a half and she was awesome! She planned my workouts and upped my weights and was a great tool for someone who doesn’t know much about muscle groups or how to workout, but the thing is.. she was expensive! I learned a lot about form from her so when I got to the point where I just couldn’t afford a trainer anymore, I got this app and it’s amazing! It does the job of my trainer and it’s only $50 a year. Cheapest trainer I’ve ever had! Great investment for someone who wants to consistently workout and needs someone to plan their workouts for them.

    I have so many notebooks full of workouts because I used to write them down to track progress. I found this app a few years ago and I’ve used it for every single workout since. I think the updates that have come through have really made it easy for beginners (especially the easily available tutorials). The ONLY complaint I have is that the exercise index is a little limited and there’s no way to input a custom move (this may be a feature on the Elite, but I just use the free version). There used to be a Notes option on each exercise where I would input what I actually did. Overall, this app is a God send for anyone who needs accountability with rest periods and an easy way to track your gym workouts!

    I work at a golds gym and it’s no surprise personal training through a massive corporation like golds is going to be pricey and truthfully everyone looks for ways to stretch their dollar. Im training for Olympic weightlifting but I’m smaller than I should be right now so I have it set to structure BODYBUILDING workouts to build mass, just finished my second workout today and I am loving how much this app challenges me and I feel like I made progress. Great app and great affordability.
