Telemarketers and scammers have made it painful to pick up a call, but RoboKiller, winner of the FTC's anti-robocall competition, gives you your phone back. The New York Times, NBC, Wired, Engadget, Vice and others, are all raving about RoboKiller’s power to block over 100,000 spam calls and its uncanny ability to show you exactly who is calling you before your answer. RoboKiller reduces unwanted calls by up to 90% in 30 days! RoboKiller is available with both monthly and yearly subscriptions, both with a free 7-day trial; opt-out at any time during the trial and you aren’t charged a penny. This is the best thing ever!!! I love hearing the response of the spam caller when robo caller answers it’s hysterical! My favorite is “is this call being recorded” it’s spaced just right so the caller thinks it’s real. My phone NEVER rings anymore with spam calls! It’s so worth getting the app!!

I think the spammers have changed something on their side and they are fooling RoboKiller.

So this app is amazing and is worth the money. The only issue is that it keeps disabling itself in settings and the only way for it to reappear in the “call blocking & identification” section is to delete the app and reinstall it. After reinstalling it you have to restart your phone or it doesn’t recognize it. I have used there customer support which was quick to help but no matter what suggestions they make it continues to do the same. Update would be amazing after doing this at least 20x is 10 months and notifying customer service of the issue. Other than that an amazing service and recommend often to others.
  • Not free.

This app was a Godsend the first month. Then there were calls that got through. It’s been 4 months into a yearlong contract and things are not perfect. Too many spam call get through.
  • Got my time back.

THIS IS NOT FOR CALLS FROM MACHINE SOLICITORS. It does NOT block calls FROM robots. It only acts AS a robot to solicited calls that are made by ACTUAL PEOPLE. And the number that calls you has to be in their system of known solicitors. A phone answer made by RoboKiller on your behalf will not work on another machine, so you don’t even get the satisfaction of scamming the scammers. Doesn’t work for robotic student loan scam/solicitation calls either. I still get solicitor calls at inconvenient times and I have to block them myself through my iPhone, which I guess is something I’ll just have to continue to do. What’s even more frustrating is that I used RoboKiller to report and block a number from a foreign language solicitor (machine), and a few days later, received another call and voicemail from the exact same number. RoboKiller did not block it at all. I paid $30 for this useless app. Disappointing. If you receive these types of calls, don’t make the same mistake.
