  • Can’t play without real money.

    By Roarkshop
TL;DR if you’re looking for a time sink for a couple days it’ll accomplish that at least but stop playing once it becomes impossible to move on without money. This game is not meant to be enjoyed but meant to grab money from kids with endless micropayments and zero effort. DO NOT GIVE THESE SELFISH DEVS ANY MONEY. Usually when I download a “free to play” game, if I really like it I will make some in app purchases to support the developer, which is exactly what I did after playing this game for like two days. Little did I know that after a while it becomes so impossible to move on, so arbitrarily difficult to complete the tasks without gems, that it’s completely not worth the effort. I don’t recommend it at all. For one, you can’t store appliances, so while you’re waiting for your Togo orders to give you the parts you need (the drop rates of which are completely asinine. I got coins ten orders in a row, and filled two days worth of orders without getting a single blueprint, and considering you can only do the orders every three hours, this means it takes you WEEKS to get enough supplies to make upgrades.) you end up having ovens in your kitchen that are useless, can only make one recipe (which you need to fill a Togo order) taking up space and no ability to get rid of it once you have it. You can’t even sell the appliances back once you have them they take up mandatory space, which is limited because upgrading your bakery takes forever. The gem costs for things are way too high and practically REQUIRE you to spend more and more money to progress. The special guy, Liam, drops notes so infrequently it takes DAYS to get enough for one upgrade. You can’t get rid of stuff you’ve made except with, you guessed it, gems.(unless you want to delete the counter it’s on and lose all those profits.) Basically this game is a huge cash grab, designed to milk money out of kids with access to their parents money, and nothing else. What enjoyment there is to be had is not worth the effort or time. Don’t download this, or any other Storm 8 game as they’re all the same.
  • Thank you notes

I’m not receiving my thank you notes!
  • Alright

I was very excited to download this app because I used to play the first one all the time. I downloaded it and played it for a couple of days and it’s just really disappointing compared to other games you have. Especially the first bakery story. That game is an OG.
  • Game keeps crashing!

    By TDee40
I’ve downloaded this 2nd version of Restaurant Story. The main issue with this game is, it keeps crashing!😠 The game doesn’t respond to Facebook or it either crashes on Game Center!? Buying the gems are expensive! Even when the gems are on sale!😠👎🏽
  • Paid for gems and never received them

    By SpoiledBklynGirl
I have been playing this game and ive notice you guys take my money but do not give me my gems I paid for. I would like my gems or money back. I would like to also store items that I no longer use. It's ridiculous not to have certain items to go into storage. Please update!!!
  • Love it BUT

    By Sizzlez79
I’ve played this game for a long time. I like everything except that it costs so much money to purchase stoves and new ingredients. Takes me weeks to save up! Oh the other thing is that i wish it would ask you before spending gems. I’ve used gems by mistake in ingredients

    This game is amazing
  • Loved the game... until you gave up on it.

    By Brandolphinn
I recently started playing the game and I loved the concept of it! I liked how it was a little more complex than the original bakery story. It was very laggy but I figured that would be fixed in an upcoming update. I also saw the “coming soon” for Facebook friends, went to check on updates, and lo and behold the game has not been updated in 3 years!! You guys just gave up on it, it’s so disappointing. I like this version better. It’s too bad.
  • The Overall Game

    By AfterGodheart
The game was pretty addictive at first I’ve been playing off and on for two years now. I’m just wondering when will the game get a update? Please update and I will continue to play😒
  • Runs like crap on new phones.

    By MegTheDreg
Hasn’t been updated in 3 years. Don’t bother trying if you have a newer phone, it stutters something awful. You’ll also reach a point that it’s difficult to progress without spending gems to gain space. Greedy devs.
