    Calls were glitchy. They sent spam texts often. Calls would come in without showing the number. Voicemails were indecipherable.
  • Great features, terrible app

    This app gives me a misfire of emotions. When it works it works well but I use this for my business and I can’t the in hit or miss situations with incoming calls this is how I make my money. People call and it shows up as a notification instead of a call that I can answer this is really messing things up rn.

    I was super excited to get this app. I did a ton of research beforehand, comparing to other services in the market and landed on Sideline. I was fine with the monthly subscription as it was still way cheaper than going to Verizon and getting a second phone for business communications. Be sure to read all the reviews... The premise of the app is great, if they could just focus on being dependable (dropped calls, freezing app, texts being broken up and sending out of order, or not sending at all, etc) instead of trying to add all these crazy features to their highest tier subscription that most people aren’t interest in, it could actually be something. But I can’t rely on the service as it stands today to portray a professional image to my customers and have cancelled my subscription.
  • Slideline not working anymore!😞

    This app was working before.later on it stops! I only receive pop up notifications but when I open the app I see nothing. Even when I try to refresh same thing.

    It seems like the developers working for sideline are not on top of their game. The same issues have been happening for months and months and nobody seems to fix the freezing issues. The app takes forever to allow users to go in. As a business this is costing us money. Im looking for an alternative app. Used to work fine. It just doesnt work anymore. Doing some research as I will be switching soon. Ps: Not sure how Sideline has been able to stay in business with such an annoying glitch and no one seems to care on your team! BAS BUSINESS - WONT RECOMMEND!!!
  • Defeats the purpose

    Don’t use if trying to hide your primary phone Number. When people call back and reach the voicemail, it list out your primary number instead of the sideline number. Defeats the purpose if the voicemail list your primary number on it

    So reps or whoever are when the app was free I had no problems but when y’all put a price on it bows they have multiple problem make it make sense from dropped calls I never had that problem beforehand that’s why I canceled it do not start something good for free and than make people pay for it and low ball us that’s stealing but you live and learn
  • App doesn’t work

    So I registered for Sideline service and it assigned me a phone number. Now when I log into the app I get a new phone number every time I use it. That doesn’t seem to be a useful experience. It also can’t send text messages at all. Reached out to customer support over text and nothing but silence. If I relied on this service for anything important I’d be quite unhappy.

    WHAT HAS HAPPENED SIDELINE PEOPLE?!!! Have had this app for almost 3 years. Its always been somewhat shaky and inconsistant with issues, but the recent issues not ringing, no caller id, wrong called id, app freezing, after answering calls i hear buttons being pressed constantly, etc etc. I use this as a BUSINESS LINE and i can no longer afford to come across as unprofessional because of an app that fails to function properly. Ring central was who i was with before Sideline, maybe i will have switch back to them and pay more $, i did not have any of these issues with them. What is it about people/businesses/developers or whatever, that as soon as they realize that they have a good quality successful product they are hell bent on changing every single aspect of it and wrecking it??! Almost like its intentional! What is that about??????!
