About this app
OpenStrap is a calm, local-first Android application designed for the Amazfit Helio Strap, serving as an open-source alternative to the official Zepp app. It tracks sleep, heart rate, HRV, SpO2, stress, and workouts entirely on your device with no cloud sync or trackers. Rather than overwhelming dashboards, OpenStrap translates health data into plain sentences and insights tailored to different moments of your day. Features include morning recovery scores, daily energy levels, live workout heart-rate zones, strap management, and firmware updates.
