Description

The AppStore №1 and top-rated for your Apple Watch, Sweatcoin app converts your outdoor steps into gadgets, sports and fitness kit, services and experiences. 5 Stars ► “Such a great concept and executed excellently. Gets me walking and rewards me for it too!” by Woo123789 “Basically pays you to move and exercise, and it costs nothing to use.” - Men’s Journal “The easiest way to make some side cash by doing what you already do naturally — walking.” - TheNextWeb “New UK health app Sweatcoin launched in the Apple app store this week and has been an instant hit.” - Forbes “New Apple app launches in Britain that pays people to get fit” - Reuters “The app that PAYS you to get fit: Sweatcoin rewards people for the number of steps they make every day” - Daily Mail “If ever you’ve needed an incentive to exercise, a new app could give you a much-needed boost to get active.” - Telegraph Sweatcoin converts your steps into currency units called, as you might have guessed it, sweatcoins. You can then spend them on goods, services and experiences on our market place with our partners or exchange them with your friends and family for whatever you fancy. The fitter and healthier you become the wealthier you get. Movement has value! And remember that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Sweatcoin uses your HealthKit step history data to continuously improve our algorithms and provide you with better offers at the right time.

  • Conversion stinks

Why create the app if it doesn’t work properly. I walk 10k daily but because I’m not outside in the hot Florida sun it won’t collect my steps. Also, 65% conversion of steps is considered good, per the apps creators. I thought this was going to be amazing but it’s just frustrating.

Good app. People are idiotic for leaving bad reviews! Sweatcoin is giving you the chance to earn just for walking... Sure it’ll take awhile to earn enough to redeem for anything worth while, but hello guys! This is FREE... for WALKING... something that you do EVERYDAY anyway! Get a grip people! 4 stars because I would like integration with all fitness apps, for me, particularly Fitbit. I don’t carry my phone everywhere, but I do have my Fitbit watch ALL THE TIME. Integration with this app and other fitness apps would be great!!
  • Need better offers

The app is alright if you don’t mind it running all the time. I mostly disappointed in the offers you can “spend” your sweat coins on. Most are just a $5-$10 discount with a min purchase. I can usually find similar discounts online or just signing up for an email list so not seeing the incentive for using the app. There are other apps where you can earn actual gift cards. I’ll hang on to the app a little longer but if I can only get a discount on fancy tea that I have no interest in I’ll be moving on.
  • You should be very stupid to keep this app on your phone!

Delete this app and you will think that you have bought a new battery for your iPhone!
  • Not free

I don’t know if when you are going to buy something that’s it’s supposed to be 100% free for the discount, but it only takes off a small amount of money to pay. I thought the discount took off everything!
  • Absent customer support!

I downloaded the app due to a friends referral. So never paid too much attention to it. So on a Saturday I decided to see what it could potentially be. So I put my phone in my back pocket & progressed throughout my day. I cleaned, went to a basketball game, went out with friends for drinks & a meal afterwards, hit the liquor store, ended my evening going to play cards @ those friends house. I force send 1,700+ steps they said weren’t going to convert, but overall it said I had over 3,900 steps. Then I woke up to see only the steps that went thru force send @ 65% mind you were applied. So I reported it got a generic response, did everything it suggested. Conversion rate is about 35% actually. I’ve reported 3 more 35% conversion days only to get the exact same response. Then it says if “you” the user finds a better way to help your actual # of steps to convert more accurately let them know! Ha what a crock!

I don’t like how we have limited offers that honestly no one wants and that the offers for Amazon and PayPal we have to pay a ridiculous amount of money. You should have a way broader variety of items we can purchase and make it so that we can put the money we made into a PayPal account instead of buying one.

Ok it was really good but now it’s starting to piss me off because I walked almost 10,000 steps and it hasn’t gotten me sweat coins! I have been walking OUTSIDE! Plz fix this
