    Event history will not play back when you open up the app this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever had my life can’t believe I spent all this money for these cameras

    It worked well when I received it for Christmas 2017. Now it works like crap! Only been 3 months. It records after the fact. It delays in recording after there is motion. Now I can’t even watch videos it captures. It just spins. I see it went off twice in the morning after I left for work but what good is it if you cannot watch the recording! Ir spins then gives the play button with a line through it!!! WTH! Very disappointed

    I have the indoor/outdoor cameras. Lately the cameras will not even record anything after dark. I have tried resetting and they simply don’t work in the dark... day time it will record but of course i have to pay for my 30 second recordings that miss basically anything. These cameras don’t even record till someone has come and went. The only positive to these is a deterrent and that is all. A full in and outdoor camera should have to ability to record full time since the memory is a cloud anyways. Also if it’s a update issue with the night recording, this needs to be fixed ASAP!

    I have had two indoor cameras for about 2 years now. Note: the cameras are very dependable. All the problems I have experienced have been with the app. I would have given 5 stars. However, I lost the ability to listen in via my Bluetooth maybe about 10 updates back. It seems that every time there is an update it causes something to go wrong within the app. I have emailed support a number of times, I feel as though the support team is more focus on the problem being my iPhone rather than the app. Suggestion: there needs to be more options listed under settings.

    Great idea for security solution, I think you guys did great job , awesome product , so far I had no issues whatsoever , hopefully the overall internet security of the app and product is equipped with sufficient privacy security as far as the unsanctioned device access etc.

    I have 4 cameras and none of them I can watch for an extended period of time without them freezing and no warning is given that I'm no longer connected, I've had these cameras for several months and I have also been using the Alfred App, it seems to be more reliable than the Guardzilla. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has a problem of the screen or whatever it is, and it just freezes. When can y'all work on this problem, I have already bought the cameras and I'm still paying for the subscription to Alfred so it was useless to buy the Gaurdzilla cameras.
