    Since last update, app consistently crashes now when trying to edit a session.

    It used to be a great app until the last update, it would track everything fairly accurately and now it’s off bad for example now it will say in bed for 7 hrs and only sleep 3 hrs when I know it should be more. And I would average around 65% to 75% and now only around 40% to 45% and my sleeping habits hasn’t changed. And another things is I miss the mood options when you wake up.

    This app is well put together; however, it wasn’t able to detect when I was really awake unless I lifted the phone up. I woke 4 times last night staring at the ceiling yet it states that I was sleeping at 75%. I have tried this app several times but it keeps doing the same thing. I was going to show my doctor a trend of how often I was waking in order to get a sleep study done, but now that’s a moot point.

    Let me tell you what: I was diagnosed with central and obstructive sleep apnea 20+ years ago. After undergoing surgery to correct the obstructive sleep and then losing 100 lbs. I was doing great! That is - until I received my first TBI. After my 3rd head injury I figured out something was wrong because I would fall asleep while eating. Other times I’d wake up in bed eating crackers as well as them being all over my bed. Talk about something weird freaking you out! So now I’ve had 2 Para-somnias added to the Central Sleep apnea. I’ve been on all the machines: c-pap, bi-pap, oxygen,...either they didn’t work or were intolerable. I excited to have this app so that I can see for myself on an ongoing basis what’s going on with my sleep. I’ve tried other sleep tracking apps but this one is my favorite so far. I’m in no way techno-savvy however like another reviewer, I DO WISH A PAUSE BUTTON would be added because I set the app and then remember something I needed to do which results in having to reset/restart the program. Still not a reason to remove a star. Give the free version a try and see what you think!

    Update Review: After the updates (3.5.3 and 3.5.4) the App is showing a more correct sleep time. Old Review: The last update kill this app, this app used to be the best sleep track available at App Store. I can't understand how a new algorithms kill the app, Pillow is not capturing the motions, if you walk to go to the bathroom, it is showing as sleep time, the developer need to improve their Quality Assurance and test better their apps before release. Most of the reviews after the update are bad. I recommend the developer to go back to old algorithms and motions, that was working well for every users. My comments after developer response: I have been using Pillow since was introduced at App Store, and last version was a big mistake. I believe the developer didn't read the feedback from their customers, if they look the reviews after the update to version 3.5, most of them has the same problem, or other issues not mentioned in my review. My review is just to help the developer to understand how important is Pillow for all the users, and ask them to fix the issue.

    If you have an Apple Watch this is the best app I have ever used. If you don’t have an Apple Watch get one because you will love this app. It has so many great things about it I don’t know where to begin. Try it for yourself you’ll see!

    I read super great reviews about this app but I have tried to use this for the past 4 nights and it does not track my sleep at all. Horrible.
  • Did nothing...waste of storage space

    I downloaded and tried to use this with my Apple Watch. I tried to use it two night in a row but in the morning after both nights, it said there was an error and it was unable to analyze my sleep. It said I needed to adjust my permissions...but I allowed everything in my permissions, so it should have worked fine. Basically it did nothing and was a waste of my storage space. Thankfully it’s free so I paid nothing.

    Gave this app up a year ago because it would never work on the Apple Watch. Just came back and gave it another try, and it still crashes overnight and doesn't go off. S3 Apple watch. Pure trash.
