    This app is really good.It made me fall asleep!But they don’t have some emotions which is really annoying.Also,some things are locked and you have to pay money to unlock the other things.But it is really relaxing.I totes recommend it.
  • Best app I’ve found for meditation

    I love this app. I’ve been using it for 2 years now. I found out about it in grad school while getting my masters in counseling. I’ve used it off and on since then in sessions as a way to bring mindfulness and meditation to clients in an easy way that doesn’t come off as intimidating or daunting. The ability to meditate for 1-5 minutes at a time makes it accessible for new comers with longer meditations if desired. Check-ins help see how patients are doing over time and help them remember how they’ve been feeling when I see them as they realize their good days and don’t just dwell on the bad ones. I can recommend this enough for anyone looking to start a mindful meditation practice or just solidify one they already have.

    I've used this app for around three years now, and it's never failed to come through. The simple setup is easy to understand and all the audio is of good quality and with soft voices. It's easily worth the subscription price (honestly I'd buy it even if it was double its current cost, considering how often I use it) and has countless meditations applicable for all my moods and current states of mind. The one thing I do wish it had is a text entry log (maybe in the before & after check-ins?) to help with logging how my mood's changed in a more descriptive manner than the physical & mental scales and top 5 emotions.
