    Words cannot describe my adoration for every single barista at the Parmer / Dessau location. Because I want to socialize w/ everyone, there, I always go into your store to order my drink...:-) But PLEASE.......please.....please have a separate vegan section for the items in your display case.

    Not able to register on mobile app, used a few emails, and got an error. Had to do registration on web, and guess what? It didn’t accept my emails what I tried on mobile. I had to create a new email to register.

    I am vacationing in NYC and thought I would start my morning with a Hot Chocolate to take the chill off (the time was 10:55 a.m.) I went to the Starbucks in the same building as my hotel (New York Marriott Downtown), store 27849, and when I tried the door from inside the hotel, it was locked, but full of customers. I jiggled the door, then knocked, and could not get the attention of any of the 3 Starbucks staff inside. So I went outside the hotel and tried to enter from the outside entrance. That door was locked too. Since this was a rather small store, I double checked the hours, and it plainly stated - Saturday 6:00 a.m - 8:00 p.m. A customer was leaving the store, so a staff member unlocked the door to let him out. When I tried to walk in, the Starbucks woman barked “we’re closed” and tried to pull the door closed and lock it again. There are still customers inside ordering and sitting at the counter. I grabbed the door and politely said “is the sign incorrect, it says you are open until 8:00?”, to which she SCREAMED at me “I SAID WE’RE CLOSED!” When she saw the look of shock on my face, she followed up with a very snarky “the store is closed due to an emergency”. The woman standing on the sidewalk said “you could have just said that in the first place instead of screaming at us”. As I walked back to the door to the hotel, she GLARED at me the entire time. I have NEVER been treated like this by anyone, anywhere, anytime. I wouldn’t even expect this kind of service from Burger King. This woman does not have the appropriate attitude to deal with the public in any fashion, much less represent Starbucks. There is too much competition in your industry to employ a team member who obviously doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Please take action soon - you can’t afford any more scenes like this. Oh, and by the way, it now 5:00 p.m. (the same day) and the store is open. I just walked in there to get the store number. If I could, I would rate this experience a NEGATIVE 5!
