As stated the answers are not labeled appropriately. Very confusing. Waste of my money. Is it possible to get a refund?

This app does not give one an option to take the exam with lest then the 636 questions. The questions are repeated and the answers do not correspond with the questions. When reading the rationale it shows the answer that I chose but was marked wrong. Last of all after wasting my time taking the exam of 636 questions, didn't let me review my answers. Don't buy this app.

This app gives multiple choice answers using "both." Frequently the "correct" answer is a choice for which there is no answer given (i.e., the correct answer is "both a and c but the choice of c has no answer). I have not spotted any incorrect information being given as an answer only the choices given is not corresponding to the correct answer. I have found all apps have technical flaws. Your level of knowledge will probably improve but only if you know the information already. Some of the questions have rationale that does not correspond with the AORN recommended practices. None of the rationale sites the recommended practice guide or any Evidenced Based practice
