Join Trainers across the globe who are discovering Pokémon as they explore the world around them. The newest update to Pokémon GO, the global gaming sensation that has been downloaded over 750 million times and named “Best Mobile Game” by The Game Developers Choice Awards and “Best App of the Year” by TechCrunch, introduced a dynamic weather system that recognizes real-world weather, impacting the gameplay experience in a variety of ways, from changing the Pokémon encountered to increasing their effectiveness in combat. Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, and many other Pokémon have been discovered! Pokémon are out there, and you need to find them. As you walk around a neighborhood, your smartphone will vibrate when there’s a Pokémon nearby. Take aim and throw a Poké Ball… You’ll have to stay alert, or it might get away! Search far and wide for Pokémon and items Certain Pokémon appear near their native environment—look for Water-type Pokémon by lakes and oceans. Visit PokéStops and Gyms—found at interesting places like museums, art installations, historical markers, and monuments—to stock up on Poké Balls and helpful items. Catching, hatching, evolving, and more As you level up, you’ll be able to catch more-powerful Pokémon to complete your Pokédex. You can add to your collection by hatching Pokémon Eggs based on the distances you walk. Help your Pokémon evolve by catching many of the same kind. Choose a Buddy Pokémon to walk with and earn Candy that will help you make your Pokémon stronger. Compete in epic Gym battles You’ll join one of three teams and battle for the ownership of Gyms with your Pokémon at your side. As your Charmander evolves to Charmeleon and then Charizard, you can battle together to defeat a Gym and assign your Pokémon to defend it against all comers. Team up to defeat powerful Raid Bosses A Raid Battle is a cooperative gameplay experience that encourages you to work with up to 20 other Trainers to defeat an extremely powerful Pokémon known as the Raid Boss. If you succeed in defeating it in battle, you’ll have the chance to catch an extra powerful Pokémon of your own! It’s time to get moving—your real-life adventures await! • Last update a bust

Update: 3/2018 Once again the newest release causes crashes in multiple areas of the game from gym interactions to Pokémon Pokédex and Pokémon list crashes. Update: 03/14/2017 Constant crashing does not bode well for the game. That's all I have to say. Update:11/18/2016 So the last update just killed the game for me. The speed limit for pokestops is annoying. Can't play while riding a bike and can't play when on the bus. With limited pokestops around this makes the game unplayable. I know you are trying to keep people from driving and playing, but the speed that is set is too strict. And for those saying they are liable if someone gets in a wreck, that is false. I asked a lawyer. ____________________________ update:8/15/2016 So the new update helped A few things. Now to the problems: 1. now I get this annoying prompt that I'm going too fast and shouldn't play while driving. Well guess what, I'm not driving and I'm not even in a car, I'm walking and it still prompts me. Obviously there is a flaw in the code. 2. The distance tracking is off, by a lot. I walked 5Km to hatch a 2Km egg. And I had full bars, so it's not my phone. Friends are also having this problem. We've tested it. It was actually better before the last update. ____________________________ 1. Fix the paw tracker instead of removing it. That's a key feature that's needed to find what you are after 2. There is a glitch in gym battles now. Went up against a gym, used 3 Pokemon and had beat the occupier, but the creature kept attacking when it had no HP left. Also after the battle it showed 6 of my Pokemon as fainted. I only used 3. Evidently what you "fixed" in gym battles per this update causes a big glitch. 3. What's with low level Pokemon getting out of balls and running away now. Sorry but a CP of 10 shouldn't escape from a great ball, especially after giving it a berry.
  • Why so many glitch issues?

  • This game is pretty good! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤

I love this game but it can still be better. First the glasses, what if people have glasses? If you do then you have to pay for them, can you at least make one pair free? Then almost everyone wants to have access to trade Pokémon. Why can’t you do that? Last the the hair I want different hairstyles to choose from. So if you can do this it will totally be a five star game! Maybe even six stars. 😉

When I downloaded it it did not let me play the game I gave it a 1 out of 5.

BAD DESIGN----THIS GAME IS SO BORING WHEN NO POKESTOPS OR GYMS ARE IN YOUR AREA WHICH IS MOST AREAS. IT PUTS YOU AT THREAT WITH SOME OF THE REAL WORLD PLACES POKESTOPS AND GYMS ARE PLACED SO BE REAL CAREFUL SO YOU AREN'T KNIFED OR SHOT. In addition, this game has specifically designed it's locations of Pokestops and gyms to push crowds of people to specific shops to spend money and specific religious buildings to consider your beliefs. In addition, IT TRACKS YOUR EVERY MOVE WHICH CAN BE GIVEN OR SOLD TO OTHER COUNTRIES LIKE GOV. & MILITARY. This "GAME" is a design of much higher social politics being used on the people and the people are being moved like SHEEP by their own choice in specific countries and not all countries. MOSTLY THE U.S.
  • Stolen Pokémon coins

There has been several times I have tried to purchase a bag upgrade to be able to collect more items but when I purchased the upgrade the bag amount stood the same. I’ve spent over 600 coins to upgrade and the game takes the coins but does not upgrade the bag amount. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
  • Could be better. Battling and leveling up are both lame.

    By brosephiend
Yeah. The whole real world mapping is cool. Turning parks and churches into gyms and stops. That’s cool too. But t what is lame is the lack of battles, and the only way to level up your Pokémon is to catch more of the same kind and feeding them the candy. Lame. The battling, or lack there of. I’d like to be able to battle people in range of me, or battle wild Pokémon. Just like the original. I guess it was an alright attempt. But it just didn’t harness my favorite parts of the original game, which was beefing up my team through lots and lots of battles. One star.
